OFFICE ORDER
Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University, Dehradun is going to organise FRESHER’s PARTY 2023 on 29th &
30TH September, 2023 to welcome the newly admitted students. The success of event would be of
paramount importance to us and hence all the students are advised to adhere the instructions
meticulously.

In view of the above, the students are directed to follow the instructions:

1. As the fresher’s is organised & hosted by 2nd year students, so all the 2nd year students have
to pay Rs. 1000/- for the fresher’s party.
2. Only 1st and 2nd year students will be the part of this function.
3. The general conduct and behaviour of students should be modest. Any kind of deviant
behaviour by the student on campus during the event will not be tolerated and subjected to
serious punishment / penalty.
4. No outsider’s whatsoever shall be shall be entertained. If any of such outsiders are found,
strict action will be taken against them and the defaulter students of DBUU.
5. The students are instructed to follow the dress code to maintain the decorum of academic
institution.
a. All students are hereby directed to note that civilized and decent party wear
dressing norm should be followed.
b. Short skirts and off shoulder tops for girls is prohibited.
6. Dressing of such kind which violates social and cultural norms will be taken seriously and the
individual will not be allowed to enter in the event.
7. Entry will close at 6:00 PM.
