Guidelines for Students
Dress Code

Boys
• Seniors:- Kurta Pajama / Formal Suit
• Juniors:- Formal Suit (Compulsory)

Girls

• Seniors:- Saree / Salwar Suit

• Juniors:- Saree (Compulsory)

1. Girls are not allowed with Backless & sleeveless dresses.

2. The students should dress in a proper and elegant manner.
3. Transparent and translucent dresses are not allowed.
4. ID Card mandatory.

General Guidelines

• In case of any dispute of any kind, the final decision will be of the faculties or core
committee members.
• Payment Link will be shared shortly.
• The last date for payment and registration is 11th October, 2023. (Wednesday)
• On-spot registration is not allowed.
• Entry timings on 14th October 2023 at the venue will be from 9:30 am to 10:00 am
• No one will be allowed to enter the venue after 10:00 AM
• Drunk & smoked-up students will not be allowed entry.
• Smoking and drinking on the campus are strictly prohibited.
• No entry with any type of sharp object is allowed.
• All students have to submit a declaration form to the fresher’s committee (Format will be
provided)
• No whistling and hooting are allowed. Any student doing so will be asked to vacate the venue
immediately.
• Any student who does not abide by the disciplinary guidelines of the program, will be asked
to leave the venue immediately.
 • Buses facilities will not be provided.
• Any misbehavior or misconduct with anyone will not be tolerated. The faculties and the core
committee members have the right to ask any student found to have such behaviour to vacate
the campus immediately.
• No outsiders are allowed
• ID cards are mandatory.
• The students are to be seated in the auditorium only, anyone found roaming on the campus,
will be asked to leave the venue immediately.
• The students are responsible for their belongings.
• The students can click pictures and take videos of anyone only with their prior permission.
• Only the performers of the events are allowed to change dress backstage, the rest all have to
come prepared for the occasion.
• Use of washrooms for changing dresses is not allowed.
• DSLR cameras are not allowed.
• Car parking on one side in a queue between Gate No. 1 and Gate No. 7
• The students have to submit a hard copy of the attached declaration after filling up the
Google form.

Note:- Strict disciplinary action will be taken against

anyone found of misconduct.
