AGNITRAYA RULES AND GUIDELINES

GENERAL RULES:

• The participant will report at the Registration Desk near Amphitheatre with a physical copy of the
College ID card for verification purpose. In case, the physical copy of college ID card is not carried by
any participant, his/her participation will be cancelled immediately and would be asked to leave the
campus.
• The rooms shall remain unlocked during the period of stay and keys of the rooms will not be provided.
Participants are expected to make own arrangements to ensure the safety of the luggage being
carried.
• Caution deposit of Rs.200 will be collected from every individual which will be returned only after the
materials provided to the participant (mattress, bedsheet and pillow) are deposited in the state they
were provided in.
• Institute will not under any circumstances be liable for any loss, damage or destruction of the
equipment of the participant during his stay in the campus.
• Any damage to college property and infrastructure will be dealt with severity and monetary fine (if
required) will be imposed.
• The participants must contact at the registration desk for any doubts or queries during their stay at
the campus.

HOSTEL RULES:

• Participants are strictly not permitted to install electrical appliances, such as immersion heaters/rods,
electric heater, electric press, electric kettle, etc. in the rooms
• The appliances such as washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, etc. must not be mishandled by
the participants. In case of damage, the person found guilty will be liable to pay the full cost of the
damaged equipment.
• The main building, hostel blocks and common areas of the Institute are 'No smoking zones'.
Participants are also expected to refrain from smoking in the corridors, rooms, common areas toilets
and other public zones of the hostel blocks.
• Participants are informed that consumption or storage of narcotic drugs and/or alcohol within the
campus including Hostel premises is strictly prohibited. If found guilty, strict action will be taken and
the participant will be asked to leave the campus right away.
• Male participants are strictly not allowed to enter or roam around the girl’s hostel blocks (B1 and C1).
