Dear Students,

We would like to bring your attention to the following instructions, which are essential for
maintaining a positive and disciplined environment. Please note that severe actions will be taken
against any violations:

1. Leave Permissions: Leave requests must be authorized by the corresponding "Faculty

Advisor" and "Faculty Year Coordinator." In the absence of a Faculty Year Coordinator,
you may seek approval from Dr.Kartheeban, Assoicate -HOD.
2. Medical Leave and OD Permissions: For medical leave (supported by proper medical
records) and OD permissions, please follow the hierarchy of authorization: FA  Faculty
Year Coordinator  Dr.Kartheeban, Associate HOD.
3. Dress Code: It is important to adhere to the proper formal dress code.
4. Timeliness: Arriving early to campus and attending classes on time is crucial.
5. ID card Requirement: Please ensure that you always wear your ID cards while on campus.
6. Corridor Etiquette: Standing or walking in the corridors during class hours is strictly
prohibited.
7. Library Usage: You are welcome to utilize the library during leisure hours.
8. Behavior Expectations: Your behaviour should reflect positively on both the department
and yourself. Insubordination and any form of inappropriate or rude behavior, whether
inside or outside the university, will be dealt with severely.
9. Anti-Ragging Policy: Ragging in any form, whether within or outside the university
campus, will face severe consequences.

Your adherence to these guidelines is crucial for creating a conducive and respectful learning
environment for everyone. Let's work together to maintain a harmonious campus atmosphere.
