Dos
Students are expected to conduct themselves in an exemplary way in order to accomplish their aspirations.

Students should respect the members of both teaching and non-teaching staff. Students should participate actively in all the activities organized in the college. Students should handle college property with care Students are required to make use of the library facility during their leisure hours. Maintain silence in and around library and reading room. Students should come to college 5 minutes before the bell. Students should be present in the college for the entire duration of classes. Prior permission of the HOD should be taken to leave the college in between. Leisure periods, if any, will be productively engaged. Students should be seated in their respective classes till such arrangements are made. Students should co-operate with teachers in the smooth conduct of the classes. Always carry your identity card. Vehicles must be parked in parking slot only Discipline and decorum should be maintained in Class Room /College functions Keep your campus Neat & Clean

Donts

Ragging in any form is banned in the campus and all the students are asked to adhere to this rule. Smoking and use of alcohol are strictly prohibited in the campus. Students are not allowed to use cell phone within academic boundaries/ or to keep cell phones in switch off/silent mode in their bags inside the college. Use of Internet for the purpose other than academic related activities is banned. Malpractice of any kind will not be allowed during the Internal / University Examination Dont arrange any gathering in class, corridor or campus when classes are in progress. Strictly abstain from using the college campus walls, classroom walls, blackboard, desks or any property of the college as a media to write slogans, advertisement or any disgraceful or humiliating words.

Additional points Dress Code

Observing Dress Code is mandatory and part of college discipline. Students should adhere to the following dress code Uniform days Monday and Friday On other days - Any decent looking and presentable dress. Male students should have haircut with beard shaved

Attendance and Discipline

As per the University Norms students should have a minimum of 75% attendance in each subject to qualify them to appear for University examination.

Breach of discipline of any kind would be severely dealt with and stringent action will be initiated against such students after duly informing the parents about the same. Total co-operation of both students and their parents/guardians is sought to ensure discipline and requisite attendance on the part of the students. They are invited to join hands with the administration in promoting goodwill and the cause of higher education in the service of the society. Internals

Internal Marks in each subject is 20. It will be awarded based on students performance
in Tests, Assignments and Class Works. Students Circle There is a Students Circle consisting of 2-4 students from each class with a Staff Coordinator. The purpose is to identify the grievances of the students and initiate corrective measures. Students are expected to communicate freely their grievances & suggestions to Circle Leader of the class. Notice Board

Class Time Table, Calendar of Events, Examination Time Table and Other Curricular as well as Co-Curricular Programmes will be announced in the notice board. Students have to make it a practice to regularly read the displays in the notice board.
