Grade 12 students enrolled at IIH


College must secure their
designated registration form from
the registrar’s office.
Students who had signed the
undertaking form are also
expected to complete the
submission of all entry
requirements within grace period
given by the registrar’s office

Students are expected to comply

Students upon admission are to


choose their mode of learning.
Remember that the chosen mode of
learning is valid for one semester
and a student cannot change his or
her mode of learning in the middle of
the semester.

BLENDED LEARNING
 Students under this modality will
be engaged to actual classroom
discussions in limited capacity;
 Students under this modality has
to secure their parent’s consent
first. NO PARENT CONSENT,
NO FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES.
BLENDED LEARNING
 Major (Applied or Specialized)
subjects will be given actual
classroom schedules.
 Meanwhile, Core Subjects will be
done through online schedules or
through modular approach
depending of the choice of the
student.
FULL ONLINE MODALITY

 Students under this mode of


learning will conduct their classes
via virtual conferencing platform.
 Students and Teachers will
conduct their classes
synchronously in a once a week
schedule per subjects.
FULL MODULAR MODALITY
 Modules will be provided to the student.
They are to accomplish their issued
Activity Sheets within a given period of
time.
 IIH College will issue each student their
reading modules and activity sheets for
FREE. The said learning materials and
activity sheets will be delivered and
retrieved directly to the learners by the
school's couriers.
FULL MODULAR MODALITY
 Interaction between students and
teachers does not take place real time.
However, students are highly
encouraged to attend their monthly
consultation schedules with their
teachers via specific online conferencing
platform. (e.g., Google Meet, Zoom)
Students are bound to follow the
rules and regulations set on every
Modalities of Learning.
Incase of unforeseen circumstances
or incidents, students are hereby
being instructed to coordinate the
concerns to their respective class
adviser, marketing officer, and the
school registrar to be able to cater
the said concern.

PROTOCOL IS A MUST!
Students who will enroll
themselves in the Blended
Learning Modality of Learning
are expected to observe and
practice the basic safety and
health protocol inside the school
premises at all times. This is to
ensure everyone’s safety.

 Wearing of Facemask all the
times inside the school’s
premises;
 Sanitizing hands will alcohol or
any hand sanitizers; and
 Observation of the Social-

PROHIBITED
Therefore, students are expected to
avoid eating inside the lecture and
laboratory rooms. This act aims to
reduce everyone’s exposure on
conversations without facemasks.
COME ON TIME,
LEAVE ON TIME
Students under the Blended
Learning Mode is expected to come
to school ahead of the scheduled
time, and leave the campus on the
exact end of every classes.

Students are prohibited to leave the


campus earlier than the time
designated for the subject.

Before making any violent reaction,


students are highly encouraged to
ask and communicate first.
It is very important to seek suitable
answer pertaining to a question. Ask
first the proper authority or
personnel to clarify things.
BE COURTEOUS
AT ALL THE TIMES

An IIHCian is expected to act


courteous at all times during
classes, communicating to
classmates inside their respective
class group-chat, reaching out to
teachers or school personnel, or
posting something.
RESPECT ALL
KINDS OF DIFFERENCES
An IIHCian is expected to
respect and accept the diverse
differences among themselves (such
as religious and political beliefs,
regional/racial differences, gender,
and among others). By doing so, it is
expected that everyone will have
harmonious academic year.
WEAR PROPER
AND SUITABLE ATTIRES

An IIHCian is expected to wear


proper attire during their Face-to-
face Schedules, Online Classes,
Monthly Consultation, and other
School-related Conferences.
It is expected that students will come
to their classes in a well-groomed
way.
AVOID THE
UNECESSARY

An IIHCian is expected to avoid


any unnecessary actions such as:
• Degrading Remarks
• Insensitive/Senseless
Comments
• Harmful remarks and
comments
• Jokes that are "below the belt"
DO NOT FORGET
THE LIMITATIONS
An IIHCian is expected to honor the
limitations that exist between
themselves, the teachers, and the
administrative personnel.
In communicating, approaching,
raising concerns and queries, and
others, do it in a courteous way.
WHAT ARE THE PRE-
GRADUATION
REQUIREMENTS?
• Complied Documentary
Requirements;
• Compliance to Grade
Requirements from Grade 11 to
Grade 12;
• Behavioral Requirements (Means
the student has no disciplinary
record from the Guidance Office)
GRADUATION CEREMONY

• If the Graduation Ceremony will


remain Virtual, there will be no
graduation fee to be collected.
• If the Ceremony will be In-person,
there shall be a graduation fee
which will be discussed as soon as
the approval to this form of
celebration be laid-down.
DOCUMENTARY FEES

There shall be documentary fee of


P1700.00.This fee includes the
payment for the following:
• Diploma Holder
• Diploma
• Grade 12 Card
• Good Moral Certificate
• Form 137
COMPLIANCE REMINDERS
• Students are expected to comply on
all academic requirements being
required by their respective subject
teachers.
• All Modular students are expected
to return their activity sheets and
modules on the set schedules.
• Remember that late submissions
may affect the results of all activity
sheets, meaning, early submission
and compliance is better than late.
ACADEMIC AWARD
All students who aim to become part of
the pool of Academic Awardees must
remember the following:
• A student must have no pending
disciplinary cases.
• A student must avoid any grade
below 80 on all his or her subject
on all quarters.
• A student must have a general
weighted average of 90 and
above.
