RE: : EAC-C INTRAMURALS WEEK 2023

In light of the conduct of Intramurals Week 2023 in the Senior High School Department, the
guidelines on the process of joining tryouts and other matters are stated below. SHS students
and Faculty are hereby reminded of the following:
1. The SHS Intramurals Week 2023 is scheduled on February 21-24, 2023, respectively.
2. The student who wishes to join the sports they wish to be part of should coordinate with
the following faculty. Please be reminded that only one strand per day will be
accommodated to avoid too much crowd and to entertain each aspiring players in the
given schedule.

3. The student who wishes to be part of the selection committee should wear sports attire
relevant to the sports he/she wish to be part of. Wearing slippers is strictly prohibited.
Guards on duty are instructed not to accommodate students who will not follow.
4. The student who will join the tryout sessions should bring the following: (medical
certificate showing the student is physically fit to play, parental consent with ID attached
to it).
5. The aforementioned documents should be brought by the student on the scheduled date
given.
6. All SHS students must leave the campus once their tryout sessions are over, for safety.

7. For other related sports the student wishes to join which is not part of the schedule given
above, below is the list of other sports included in the Intramurals Week. Hence, students
must coordinate to their respective advisers for registry of names.
