PARENTS TEACHER ASSOCIATION MEETING AT

AGENDA
1. Welcome address by Principal and brief introduction of PTA members.
2. Apprising all PTA members about the main achievements of school for
session 2022-23 through PPT.
3. Members are intimated about renovation/strengthening done in the
school and areas such as Maths Lab, Gen Science Lab, Physics Lab,
Chemistry Lab and Bio Lab.
4. In view of need of additional storage, dismantling and construction of
Flat number 232 is being planned. An expenditure of approximately Rs
2.5 crore is anticipated. It will be utilised for additional storage and non-
commercial activities.
5. Two more AC buses will be added in coming session and 3 were added in
2022-23. All the buses are GPS / CCTV enabled.
6. New Projector is installed in J D Hall.
7. Addition of Cameras in different places. Total 134 cameras have been
installed in school premises covering all classrooms, exit and entry.
8. Need for new classrooms as the numbers have gone high.
9. PTA Members apprised of need of Design Lab with introduction of
subjects like Design Thinking, AI and Coding.
10. This is to apprise the PTA Members regarding justified fee hike for
session 2023-24. Unavoidable reasons for the fee hike are the following:
a. Hike in DA
b. Increments of all staff members (including teaching, non-teaching
and support staff)
c. Inflation
11. To honour and motivate high achievers, Scholarship/Incentives given to
meritorious students of grade XI (New admission and existing) and
others.

12. To honour and motivate high achievers, Scholarship/Incentives given
to meritorious students of grade XI (New admission and existing)
and others.

e. Awards to Sports Star
f. Incentive to Alumnus Ward
g. Allowance against Books and Uniforms
13. Cash awards given to achievers – Anurag Sangwan-Rs. 51,000/-
Aahna Gulati – Rs. 31,000/- and Divyansh Kataria – Rs. 21,000/-
14. Fee concession for Covid Time deaths- Rs. 17,56,896/- . The
concession is applicable till the affected students pass out from Blue
Bells Model School.
15. Result of session 2022-23
16. Apprising all PTA members about measure we are taking to enhance
the academic result.
17. Discussion on social responsibilities that school should take up.
18. Thanking parents for their support in motivating their wards for
Morning Games in school and making the venture a success. The
initiative has contributed in giving an edge to sports in School and
winning laurels at the District, State, National and International
Level. We would request parents to motivate other parents also.
