The Department of Applied Psychology, NUML RAWALPINDI has organized one day recreational trip to Miran jani peak on Saturday 27th April, 2024 (from 6 am- 8 pm) to provide an opportunity for students to unwind, connect with nature, and engage in outdoor activities while fostering camaraderie and relaxation. Though the management will not be responsible for any eventualities, however every effort has been made to ensure that this will be an enjoyable and safe experience. The following will be the CODE OF CONDUCT which has to be strictly adhered to by the students. VIOLATIONS of which will result in disciplinary actions by management including EXPULSION FROM UNIVERSITY: Students are not permitted to take a detour from the scheduled itinerary. Students are requested to adhere to the timing as mentioned in itinerary. Smoking, alcohol and consumption of any intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited. Any deviations by the students after the time specified by the staff coordinator will be at the own risks of students. No outsider is allowed to join the group of students during the trip and no student is allowed to visit anywhere other than specified location. Please make note of following : The trip cost is set at 3,000 PKR per student, which includes transportation and one-time meal arrangements. Besides the inclusive meal, students will be responsible for covering their own food expenses if they choose to bring any additional items for the trip. Students are advised to carry minimum amount of cash for their personal use , as per their own requirements. Students are individually responsible for their baggage & valuables. Students are expected to conduct themselves in responsible and dignified manner throughout the trip. As this is mostly a hiking trip, attire should prioritize practicality and suitability for outdoor activities while maintaining modesty, as students will be representing the department and university. The decision taken by the staff coordinator on the spot on any matter will be final.
