RE : GUIDELINES FOR GRADUATION PRACTICES
A solemn and orderly graduation ceremony is one of the best gifts a student can give to her parents as a
sign of sincere gratitude. Practicing for this occasion is very important and thus, calls for complete
attendance, full cooperation and self-discipline. In line with this, kindly take note of the following schedule
and guidelines.

I. SCHEDULE

7:30 – 11:30 a.m. Practice
11:30-12:30 noon Lunch in School
April 21
12:30-1:30 p.m. Batch Picture Taking in
Grade School and High School Uniform

ENTRANCE AND EXIT during these dates will be at GATE 2.

II. GUIDELINES FOR GRADUATION PRACTICES

1. Graduation practices are considered class days, therefore, ALL school policies and procedures apply
including policy on the use of cellphones.

2. Attendance will be checked. Tardiness and absences will be recorded. All pupils, including those who
are in ODL modality, are expected to attend the practices from start to end. (Indiscriminate pulling out
of pupils is not allowed. A pupil must present an excuse letter to her class adviser if she has been
absent.

3. Pupils must come in complete regular uniform (blouse and skirt) or activity/PE t-shirt and dark blue
jogging pants.

4. Proper decorum must be observed during the practices. The pupils must refrain from talking
unnecessarily, shouting, slouching, and sleeping. When going to the comfort room, they should ask
permission from a teacher.

5. After the day’s practice, the chairs must be fixed and the venue must be litter-free.
