Minutes of the meeting

March 27, 2023

Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 12:25 pm in the College of Health
Sciences Conference Room by the organization mayor, Arthur B. Dadi Jr.
Attendees
All Class captains and Class secretaries are present except for BSN3 level
representatives. The meeting identifies seventeen participants. SCAMINA officers
not in attendance include Ms. Maricar Tapay, Mr. Preslee Dulnuan, Mr. Deejay
Vinluan, Mr. Romeo Cordova and Ms. Hannah Badong.
Approval of Agenda
A motion to approve the meeting Agenda was made by Arthur B. Dadi Jr. and
seconded by the body.

Business from the previous Meeting

There are no motion or topics that were raised at this meeting.

New Business

The Mayor started to introduce the activity proposal on the college festival.
These includes the preparations, participants and expectations. He emphasized the
Halog – Nayon Clean up Drive wherein the 4th years will clean from the Main Gate
to the Blue House whereas 3rd years will begin from the Blue House to Taguiling’s
Residence. On the other hand, 2nd years will continue at Taguiling’s residence to
Tapay’s residence. Then,1st years at waiting shed until Bimpal. Zumba, coffee break
and checking of attendance will follow right away. Moreover, it was stressed that the
short program will take place at 8:40 am in the gymnasium. Then, consecutive
activities will follow such as team building, gloving contests, battle of the brains,
extemporaneous speech and ball games. At 3 pm, the pageant will start until 6:30
pm. The body approved the program and activities presented.
Additions to the Agenda
There are no items that were raised by the committee.

Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 12:52 pm by Arthur B. Dadi Jr. The next
meeting will be announced including the location.

Warm Greetings!

In behalf of the Student Caregivers Midwives & Nurses Association officers (SCAMINA), I,
Arthur B. Dadi Jr, the current mayor would like to request your approval for us to conduct a
one (1) hour meeting among students in preparation for the college festival on April 5, 2023.
The group wishes to have the meeting on Monday (April 3, 2023) at four (4) pm to five (5)
pm in the afternoon. Through this, the students will come together as a team to discuss the
expected activities as well as finalize participants on each event. Attached is the Activity
Proposal for your reference.
