Goushala Visit
The students of grades VI, VII, VIII of Jain Vidyaashram
visited Goushala on 08/11/19 where a large number of
cows are given shelter and taken good care. The visit was
a unique experience in order to inculcate compassion in the
young minds. Teachers explained in detail how cows are
fed and are taken care of. They were also explained how

Nagar conducted Ahimsa Rally on 11.10.2019 .Mr.Prakash
Ahimsa Day & World Animal Day Gulecha Jain, Vice President Karuna International Chennai
Kendra was the Chief Guest who flagged off the Rally.
Nearly 100 children participated in the rally holding placards
with the message of Peace, Karuna and Non Violence. The
rally covered a distance of about 2km in Ashok Nagar. Best
15 placards were given the prizes. Those who participated
got motivation prizes. The prizes were distributed by the
Chief Guest and the teachers.
The rally was successful with the efforts of Mr.M.Vaidyanathan,
Mrs.K.Lalitha, Mrs.K.M.Sabitha, Mrs.Renu Gangadaran
Ms.Pakkiyalakshmi & Mrs.Jeyashree. The children actively
participated in the rally in a well disciplined manner .NCC
