New Year Celebrations

 Hello, everyone! Members of Mahavir Housing Society had organised a unique celebration
for the New Year’s Eve. Residents invited children from Muskaan Children’s Home, a nearby
orphanage for the party. Volunteers from the housing society prepared a feast for everyone
in the society. Children from the orphanage performed a dance for their hosts. The
celebrations ended with gifts being given to each child from the orphanage. Thank you.
 Mumbai, 1 January 2023: Residents of New Sarovar Society in Mumbai celebrated the New
Year’s Eve with enthusiasm. The celebrations began with a melodious prayer sung by Mrs
Mehta. This was followed by an energetic dance performance by the young children of the
society. A few games were also organised to entertain the audience. The celebrations ended
with dinner served for all members of the society. Thank you.
 Delhi, 1 January 2023: Residents of Harmony Apartments celebrated a memorable New
Year’s Eve for the members of the society. The children of the society organised multiple
games and contests for the enjoyment of their family members. Dinner was also prepared by
the children themselves. As the clock struck midnight, the celebrations ended with lighting of
fireworks. Thank you.

Hello, everyone! I am going to present my report on the oldest fossil ever to be discovered in India.
Mr Naren Singh and his team of scientists discovered the oldest fossil in India. This fossil is very
similar to another dinosaur-like animal called the ‘eye-lizard’. There is a lot more research work to be
done to find out more about this animal. Thank You!

Hello, everyone! Here is my report on the oldest fossil ever to be discovered in India. A fossil of a
dinosaur-like aquatic animal have been discovered in Kutch, Gujarat. The team of scientists
discovered a few body parts—ribs, fins, tail, a part of the snout and the skull of the animal. The
animal had enormous teeth and fed on smaller animals. Thank you.

Blood Donation Drive at a residential complex

On the eve of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose’s birthday, the Ashiyana Residential Complex in Gurugram
organised a blood donation camp on their campus. The entire camp was organised by the President
of the Ashiyana Residential Complex Members’ Association. Doctors from the nearby government
hospital were invited as the chief guests of this blood donation camp. Many residents of the complex
participated in the blood donation camp and received certificates of participation. Refreshments like
fruit, boiled eggs and juice were given to people who had come to donate blood. At the end of the
event, the president of the Ashiyana Residential Complex Members’ Association thanked everyone
