    Good day sir!

    I would like to apologize for being late in my duty. I know that it is always due to

    waking up late. For my absences, one account of my absence was because I attended

    the death anniversary of my cousin (October 14 and 15) and my other absences might

    be because of not assuring that I’m properly logged in or out or might be because of the

    malfunctioning of the biometrics. Next time I will make sure that I will lessen my absence

    and late and to be more efficient in my duties.
