RE: Absence from school due to family matters

I hereby regret to inform you that my son Matthew C.Baldovino of BSN - 1G,
will be unable to attend to school this coming scheduled face to face classes.

Matthew’s absent was due to reasons relating to some family matters that
needed to be resolved at a short notice. I feel that it would be helpful to write this
letter to acknowledge the school that it was inevitable cause that my son was absent
on the said day.

Would you be kind enough to give my son a chance to comply his missed
requirements unable for him to catch-up with the assignments and requirements that
he might have missed? I will make sure on my part that he will comply in
timely manners.
