Good day! I would like to inform you that I be having a resignation. It is because I have been recently diagnosed
with health problems. And needed to start an immediate treatment. Which will not be possible if I continue to work as a
Security Guard. I know that it will both benefit me and the company, by focusing on improving my health conditions and
by not giving a burden to the company when I am experiencing symptoms and effects, respectively.

I must admit that working here is not that easy, but because of the people surrounding me, I didn’t realize how
hard it is. The warm ambiance, approachable co-workers and considerate higher positions have all been marked in the
deepest of my heart. I will forever cherish and reminisce all the memories we earned while were all together.

If, by the time I deal with my health conditions and is ready to find a job. When you still haven’t find my
replacement, kindly consider to re-hire me and that time I’ll promise that I will prioritize my own health.

This is the reason that I formally submit my resignation letter. I hope you understand my condition.
