Please accept this letter as notification that I am resigning from my job effective 27TH
JUN 2014. I apologize for not being able to give early notice on my resignation. However,
I regret that, due to circumstances beyond my control, I need to resign right away without
prior notice. As you mentioned in the message that had been sent to me, I will pay the
two(2) days of unpaid leave which is RM77. I will bank in the payment in your bank
account as Im not able to come over to Funstation.
I would like to clarify here that the allowance for the month of JUN has already
been deducted without any explaination given as I didnt applied any medical leave for
the month. I have attached the photocopy of my month of JUN salary statement in my
letter. I have replaced the day that I was absent to work. You may check my punch card
for the evidence. Please consider this matter.
Hereby, I would like to deeply apologize for the inconvenience that Ive made. Thank
you for the support that you have provided me during my tenure with the company.
