Dear Mr. Pena,

We have reviewed your performance as a probationary employee for the period prior
to today. Based on available records and the performance appraisal reports of your
immediate supervisor and manager, we regret to inform you that you have not met the
standards for your continuing employment on a probationary basis.

Under the circumstances, we are left with no options but to terminate your
services by providing you with a 30-day notice starting today February 01,2021
and end on February 28,2021.
