    NOTICE
    This letter has been issued to you on account of excessive leave of absence over
    the past few months. Since January 27, 2022 up to the date of this letter, you
    have 28 reported days of absent which impacts to the schedule of regular driving
    time. This affects to the company’s productivity as well as your performance.

    For this reason, the management will change your status to probationary. Until
    further notice, your driving schedule time will be monitored by the management.
