You are covered by the “NO WORK NO PAY” Policy but shall be entitled to certain benefits as follows:

I. Wage Salary offer of PHP 15,000 + incentive as per attached bracket

II. Day Off A.1 Regular OFF of Sunday
III. Other benefits under the existing Philippine Labor Code

As per Agreement with WNB TOURS AND TRAVEL CORPORATION you will have a Cash Bond of Five
Hundred pesos (PHP 500.00) every month, that you will pay in a salary deduction terms which is PHP
250.00 per cut-off until the contract End.

This will served as a bond for any damage and losses of any company products and equipment that
was endorsed to you during your tenure with the company.

Upon you END OF CONTRACT (EOC) to WNB TOURS AND TRAVEL CORPORATION, you will secure and
Employee Clearance Form (ECF) the company will check and verify all the products equipment’s etc.
endorsed to you and the company will apply the following provisions;

I. Any losses/Damage – WNB have the right to deduct whatever the amount losses and
damage to your existing accounts
e.g. Cash Bond/last Pay/13 Month Pay

II. For no Losses/Damage – WNB will fully return the full amount of the following bellows;
e.g. Cash Bond/Last Pay/13 Month Pay
