Dear Madam:

Greetings!

This is to provide explanation regarding the recorded times in my DTR for the month of February
specifically on the days of February 11, 18 and 25, 2022. According to the submitted February Monthly
Schedule, it indicated that my Time In is at 8:00 and Time Out at 4:00 PM. I have requested our head,
Ms Maritess N. Baloran for a change of Time In from Regular (8AM-4PM) to Morning (7AM to 3PM) for
the days of February 11, 18 and 25, 2022. Ms Maritess Baloran has approved my request for the time
change but it was not reflected in the February Monthly Schedule which now gives the impression that
my work hours is at undertime due to my actual Time Out is earlier than what was reflected in the
February Monthly Schedule.
I would like to present these points to justify the apparent discrepancies in my DTR for the dates in
question. Rest assured that I was able to complete the 8-hour daily work requirement for those dates
and that Ms Maritess N. Baloran is well aware of this arrangement. Although the arrangement was not
reflected in the approved February Monthly Schedule as it was not updated, this arrangement is now
reflected in the March Monthly Schedule that Ms Maritess Baloran had already submitted and Chief
Administration Office has approved.
May these explanations clarify the concerns regarding my DTR. I can be contacted anytime should you
need to further clarify things on my end.
