Wata’ala.
On 12th November 2020, the Management has presented its financial analysis and impacts to the Board
of Directors (Board). By expecting profit of RM348,286 in 2020 despite the challenging
environment brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic, the Company is projected to maintain this
positive growth in 2021. However, the Company still cautious given concerns about the containment of
the pandemic through the effectiveness of vaccines, and the effectiveness of economic recovery plans.
In view of this, the Management has proposed to the Board with two (2) following strategies:
1) To unfreeze salary increment for the first time in 2021 after four (4) years without salary
increment based on KPI achievement FY2020 and the List of Criteria for Merit & Demerit to
recognize hard-working staff for their effort and to reward their achievement, and
2) To continue the salary reduction and 4 working days except for selected staff in essential
departments.
Notwithstanding the continuation of salary reduction, the Management shall request to the Board of
Directors (Board) in restitution of the salary and 5 working days once our Company delivers robust and
solid financial performance.
Following the announcement that shall be made during town hall session with CEO on 7th January
2021, the Management will impose the following working days to compensate the salary reduction.
The salary reduction details for January 2021 onwards are as follow:
The Management believes with your commitment, support and dedication of work shall surely allow our
