Circular-9

We hope you and your family are safe in this COVID-19 situation and in good health. It
is now almost 7 months that we have been facing and also suffering from effects of
COVID-19 and subsequent lockdowns.

The management appreciates that most of the employees not only faced the effects
but also supported the decisions of the management and attended office and worked
from home and kept the fighting spirit alive. It has been very difficult time both
monetarily and health wise, as some of the staff and their family suffered on account of
COVID-19 but fortunately the situation is now improving and there are signs of revival
and improvements. There is now need to review our earlier stand and also give relief to
all staff by giving additional payment in terms of ex-gratia.

Now we need the data from each employees/consultants/retainer who has been
working for the company in the enclosed format which will be verified by his/her
superiors and also revalidated/revalued. You are requested to give your input by filling
the form and submitting the same to your immediate in-charge on or before 6th
November 2020. If the company does not receive the filled-up form by the date, then
the company will proceed further assuming “nil” information.

This is with reference to the earlier circular no. 8; the Board of Directors have decided
as below: (This circular is effective from 1st November 2020 i.e. to be paid in December
2020)

The payment of salary component is revised as below:

(a) 100% of salary to those staff who are drawing salary less than or equal to
Rs. 20000/-.
(b) 80% of salary to those staff who are drawing salary above Rs. 20000 but
less than or equal to Rs. 50000/- subject to minimum of Rs. 20000/-.
(c) 70% of salary to those staff who are drawing salary above Rs. 50000/-
subject to minimum of Rs. 40000/-.
(d) The above is for the attendance of 25 days in the month.
(e) Working from Home is allowed with pre-permission of Departmental Head
(DH) but entitle 75% of weightage for 8 hrs of working subject to immediate
(on the same day) submission of details to DH as directed earlier and then
acceptance by the DH.
(f) Depending upon the further developments, the upward/downward revisions
in the salary will be made by the Management
