Selection Letter

Dear Ramya S,
Congratulations!

We are happy to inform you that you have been selected for the role of Relationship Manager - Telesales
(Work from Home) Suvision Holdings Pvt Ltd. The salary offered is CTC Rs-12000.00/- (Net take home after
deductions is Rs-10413/-).

The details and basic terms & conditions of your employment is as follows.

1. Date of joining: Your date of joining the company’s services is 11-04-2022.


2. Working days: Monday to Saturday (Second & Fourth Saturday are non-working Saturdays, however you
may have to work if there is any business requirements and will be paid for working on those days).
3. Attendance policy and working:
The normal working hours is 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM (Lunch break: 1.30 PM to 2.15 PM).
10 minutes grace time is given to all employees to punch in.
2 days Exemption in a month is given for late punch in (Upto 1Hr).
Additional Compensation is paid for working on non-working days (ex: 2nd and 4th Saturdays).

Between 9:10am to 11:00 am 25% Between 4:00pm to 6:00 pm 25%
Between 11:00am to 2:00 pm 50% Between 1:30pm to 4:00 pm 50%

Note: Forgetting to punch out will cause 75% deduction of the day's pay.

4. Paid leaves: The total number of paid leaves per annum is 18 (1.5 day leave per month), apart from the 10
yearly Holidays. Thus, the total number of Paid Leaves & Holidays is 28 per year. You will be entitled for
paid leaves only after completion of probation period. (Usually 3 months). Note: There is no leave during
the training period.
5. Compensation and benefits:
5 . 1 Salary –Salary offered is as mentioned above. Salary cycle is 1st to 31st of the month and Salary
payout is on 10th of every month. Salary will be credited to the salary bank account.

Note:All the employees must open Salary bank account in Yes bank; To avail your salary account
kit kindly get the required documents on your DOJ without fail (Aadhar card, PAN card and one
photo is mandatory).

5 . 2 Incentive -Apart from your fixed remuneration, you are entitled to earn incentives as per applicable
incentive policy based on your performance.
5 . 3 Salary Advance –You can avail salary advance once you complete 3 months in the organization.
5 . 4 PF –You will be registered under the Employees Provident Fund Organization and are allotted a
UAN i.e. Universal Account Number under which you can check your PF Account details. The
UAN is shared with the employees in their monthly Salary Slips.
5 . 5 Gratuity Fund –All employees who complete 5 years of continuous service in the organization
will be eligible for Gratuity when they leave the organization.
5 . 6 ESOP (Employee stock option plan) –ESOPs shall be issued to all Top Performing employees
and also who complete two years or more in the organization.
6. Training: You will be provided with one week of online training by our Trainers and you will have to
clear two levels of certification by your Quality Analyst and Team leader after completion of training.
7. Others:
7 . 1 Road map: On boarding -> Training -> Certification -> OJT -> Probation confirmation.

Documentation:

You are required to complete the documentation on 04-04-2022 @ sharp 10:00 AM with the below
required documents.

1. All the marks sheet photocopy – Starting from 10th class to highest qualification.
2. KYC - Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Address proof (Electricity bill, rental agreement, DL Voter ID,
Ration card).
3. Passport Size Photo - 4.
4. Employment proofs including offer letter, salary slips, appraisal letter, relieving or experience letter
of all the previous jobs.
Note: It is Mandatory to complete your documentation before your DOJ.
