Congratulations on being selected as a Relationship Manager at IndianMoney.com,

Happy to inform you that you have been provided with work from home opportunity
permanently considering the current pandemic situation. However, you will be required to
report back to office when you are promoted to the next level. For your convenience, below
are the general guidelines to be followed as long as you work from home.

1. As a Relationship Manager you will be guiding our customers who download Financial
Freedom App & assist them in purchasing the subscription. You will use IM Team App (an
exclusive mobile app developed for IndianMoney.com employees) available on Google
Playstore to perform your duties. You will get access to our customers once you clear your
certification. You will be able to call our customers directly from our mobile application
hence your mobile number won't be exposed to our customers.
2. You don't need a laptop or a computer to perform your duty. All you need is a decent
smartphone with good internet connectivity. However, if you have a computer or a laptop,
you can access your CRM through https://www.apps.IndianMoney.com
3. You will need a minimum of 3GB internet data per day during your initial 6 days of Zoom
Training. And your training will be provided in 5 different languages - Kannada, Tamil,
Telugu, Malayalam & Hindi. You can choose to attend the training in the language of your
comfort.
4. You will be receiving your salary every month based on your attendance & talk time. You
will have to punch in to the CRM before 9AM by updating the tasks planned for the day in
the notes section and will have to punch out only after 6PM by updating the tasks completed
for the day in the notes section on all working days. You will have to achieve min 4 hours of
talk time for every working day, which means if you are working for 25 days in a month,
you will have to achieve min 100 hours of talk time. If you achieve less than 2 hours talk
time on any day, it will be considered as Leave; if you achieve between 2-3 hours of talk
time then it will be considered as 0.5 day present, if you achieve between 3-4 hours of talk
time then it will be considered as 0.75 day present and if you achieve more than 4 hours of
talk time then it will be considered as full day present. Talk time refers to the time you
spend speaking to our customers. To achieve 4 hours of talk time, you will have to work for
minimum 8 hours a day.
5. You will be eligible for one paid leave for every 20 working days in a month. In case if you
don't work for minimum 20 days in a month, you won't be eligible for any paid leave.
Working days will be calculated based on the talk time achieved.
6. Your salary for the month will be paid on the 10th of following month into your Bank
Account updated in your HRM.
7. You will be provided with 1 week of online training by our Trainers and you will have to clear
a certification before you get access to speak to our customers. Certification process has the
following 4 steps,
1. You will have to attend 6 days of training over Zoom and submit 13
Assessments to confirm that you have understood the training provided.
2. You will have to make 25 people in your circle to download Financial Freedom
App to confirm that you have the conviction in the Job.
 3. You will have to call those 25 people through our Cloud Telephony Platform &
achieve 3 Hours of Talk time to confirm that you have the ability to speak.
4. You will have to make 3 of them to buy Financial Freedom App Subscription to
confirm that you have the ability to Sell.
8. You will receive Rs 22,000 Salary per month which includes, Rs 12,000 fixed salary, Rs
3,000 attendance allowance and Rs 7,000 performance allowance.
1. Rs 12,000 fixed salary will be paid based on your attendance as mentioned in
point no 4.
2. You will receive Rs 3,000 attendance allowance if you are present for min 24
days in a Month.
3. You will receive Rs 7,000 performance allowance if you achieve Rs 1 lakh
gross revenue in a Month.
9. Your monthly salary will be calculated as below,
1. If you are present for 24 days in a Month & if you don't achieve Rs 1
lakh gross revenue- You will receive Rs 12000 + Rs 3000 attendance
allowance after deduction of applicable PF, PT & Gratuity.
2. If you are present for 24 days in a Month & if you achieve Rs 1 lakh
gross revenue - You will receive Rs 12000 + Rs 3000 attendance allowance
+ Rs 7000 Performance allowance after deduction of applicable PF, PT &
Gratuity.
3. If you are not present for 24 days in a Month & if you achieve Rs 1
lakh gross revenue - You will receive fixed salary (Rs 12000*number of
present days/total working days in the month) + Rs 7000 Performance
allowance after deduction of applicable PF, PT & Gratuity.
4. If you are not present for 24 days in a Month & if you don't achieve Rs
1 lakh gross revenue - You will receive fixed salary (Rs 12000*number of
present days/total working days in the month) after deduction of applicable
PF, PT & Gratuity.
10. You will receive your salary after the deduction of applicable EPF, Professional Tax &
Gratuity as per your offer letter.
11. You will be working on all days except on Govt Holidays as updated in the HRM and on
Sundays. However, if you work on Holidays & on Sundays, you will get attendance based on
your talk time & the revenue will be considered for the monthly revenue targets. Also, you
will be eligible for daily incentive on Sundays & Holidays as mentioned below.
12. If your revenue per hour of talk time is less than Rs 400, then your Team Leader will audit
your calls and train you accordingly. However, if your revenue per hour of talk time is below
Rs 300, then you may have to undergo recertification by your TL.
13. If you take more than two consecutive days of unapproved leave (less than 2 hour of talk
time for a working day is considered as leave), you will receive a show-cause notice to
explain the reasons for the leave and if the same continues again, you will be considered as
absconding from work. Under such circumstance, you will not be eligible for any kind of full
& final settlement from the company.
14. You will be eligible for salary hike at the time of your promotion only. If you achieve min 4
times of the salary in net revenue for consecutive 3 months, then you will be promoted as
Team Leader. The fixed salary for a Team Leader is Rs 20000 and the Team Leader will be
managing a team of upto 50 Relationship Managers. A Team Leader can earn around Rs 1
lakh per month through salary & incentive.
15. Team Leaders will be promoted as Tele Sales Manager once they are able to create 6 Team
Leaders from their Team. Tele Sales Manager will receive a Fixed Salary of Rs 40000 per
month.
16. Tele Sales Managers will be promoted as Sr Tele Sales Manager once they are able to create
10 Team Leaders under them with 300 RMs. Sr Tele Sales Managers will receive a Fixed
Salary of Rs 60000 per month.
17. Sr Tele Sales Managers will be promoted as AVPs once they are able to create 20 Team
Leaders under them with 500 RMs. AVPs will receive a Fixed Salary of Rs 100000 per
month.
18. You will be reporting to your Team Leader and you will have a dedicated HRBP to assist you
on any matters related to your employment. You can find your Team Leader & HRBP contact
number & email ID in your HRM (HRM > Employee Forum > My Profile > My Supervisors).

19. Incase if we find that you are indulged in adding up fake talk time either by calling your own
references or by speaking to customers without any purpose, then you will be terminated
without any notice and you wont be eligible for Full & Final settlement from the company.
20. Only talk time achieved by calling the customers claimed through your CRM will be
considered for your talk time target and the talk time achieved by calling your reference
customers wont be considered.
21. Incase if we find that you are giving wrong commitment of any kind to customers, then you
will be terminated from your employment with the company without any notice and you
won’t be eligible for full & final settlement from the company.
22. You will have to join the daily meetings over Zoom at 8.30 AM on all days.
23. You are eligible for your daily incentive as mentioned below. Your daily incentive will be
transferred to your bank account on a daily basis.
