We are delighted to have you join our team at Traders Captain (Mcfes private limited). As discussed
during your interview, we are pleased to offer you the position of Business Development Trainee in
Bangalore starting from 5th Dec 2023. Our entire team is dedicated to achieve a common goal, and as the
saying goes, “Start by doing what is necessary, then what is possible, and in no time you will be doing the
impossible !”

Please note that your Appointment Letter as a Business Development Specialist will be provided on your
post submission and verification of documents, and clearance of your OJT period & Probation Period (2
Months after clearing the OJT ) i.e. you are required to achieve INR 60000 Revenue in 1 Month from the
date of joining of your OJT Program and also subject to a reference check from your previous employer
and confirmation of your medical fitness. Restriction on Personal Investment for Meeting Sales Targets:
The employee shall not utilize personal funds for the acquisition of company subscriptions with the
intention of achieving their sales targets. In the event that the company identifies any such conduct by an
employee, termination of employment may be pursued, contingent upon the failure to furnish substantiated
justifications and supporting evidence. This provision is in accordance with the company's Zero Tolerance
Policy.

During the OJT period period you will be entitled for INR 15000 as fixed salary on clearing the OJT by
achieving the OJT target of INR 60000 Revenue, Documentation submission and background clearance
you will be entitled with a CTC of 1.8 Lpa (Once you clear OJT with 60000 Revenue successfully your
OJT will be done you will be moved to crm team and every month you should achieve 60000 Revenue.
Any month if you not achieve your target then you will be moved into contractual basis. Every BDS will
have responsibility, You have to achieve your numbers we will train you we will work with you to achieve
your numbers). You are also eligible for INR 1000 for every 10000 Revenue even if you are unable to
clear your OJT Target. Incase 60000 Revenue not done but BDST achieved 50% of target 30000 Revenue
then BDST OJT will be cleared but he will receive 7500 as salary for OJT after OJT BDS will be in
Contractual basis there will no fixed salary ( In contractual basis for every 10000 revenue you will get
2500rs as income if you achieve 60000 Revenue then you will get 15000 salary) , In OJT any BDST if
they achieve 1 lakh Revenue then they will get 15000 salary + additional 5000 incentives.
