we would like you start date to be on June 25, 2018

The term of this offer are as follows:

• Your annual remuneration would be Rs. 3,50,000.00 /- (Rupees Three lac

Fifty thousand only ) per annum. The allowances, benefits and other terms
and conditions of your employment will be as per Company policies as
applicable from time to time
• You will be on probation for 6 months. After successful completion of 6
months your performance shall be reviewed and based on that position will
made permanent.
• You will be eligible for Leave and other benefit plans as per the rules ot the
company in force from time to time.
• You are required to provide a 45-day notice prior to termination of your
employment.

You will be expected to devote your best professional efforts to the performance
of your duties and responsivities for MDIPL and to abide by our policies and
procedures, as in effect from time to time.
