SUBJECT: PROBATIONARY/CONTRACTUAL LETTER OF OFFER

Dear Chhaya,

With reference to your application and subsequent interview with us, we are
pleased to inform you that you have been selected for a probationary/contractual
offer with IITG Jobs Pvt. Ltd, details of which are as follows: -

1. DESIGNATION– Corporate Relationship Manager (ONLINE


PRESENTATION &BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT)

2. SALARY– Rs.30,000/- [Thirty Thousand only per month] which shall be


subjected to your performance of achieving minimum compulsory target.

3. INCENTIVES- The 100% target achievement incentives would be


Rs.25,000/- which will be paid after the achievement of above 40% Of the total
target on a pro-rata basis.

4. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES IN BRIEF –

Your predominant responsibility would be Lead Generation for Business


Development and new client companies (corporate) acquisitions under PPM
(Preferred Partner model) for recruitment purposes through an online Presentation.
The details about the PPM are attached in Annexure 1 with the letter.

• Your monthly target would be acquisition of 10 new clients under PPM


(Preferred Partner model) for every month.
• Please Note that if your performance or success rate is below 40% or
less than 4 closures for any month in terms of new client acquisitions
under PPM (Preferred Partner model) then you will be rated as a poor
performer for that month.
• Since you are employed under probationary so if at all your performance or
success rate is below 40% or below 4 closures for any month in terms of
new client acquisitions under PPM (Preferred Partner model) then you will
be not be entitled for any kind of incentives.
• If at all you will be nil performers for any month then you will be entitled
for only 50% of your salary which would be 15000/-rs. For that particular
month
• For normal consulting, you will be paid only Rs.2,000/- per client
acquisition after first billing. Your Performance will be reviewed in just
after three months. Further on the basis of average earnings of three
months, your salary would be subjected to reconsideration, which will be
applicable from 4th month onwards.
• Your probation/contract period will be for the first six months, which could
be terminated even before the expiration of the said contract period if your
performance would continue to be above of poor standards, i.e., below
4 Closure per months.
• Similarly, your contract could also be reviewed and reconsidered before the
expiration of your contractual period if you would consistently achieve the
minimum compulsory target, in such circumstances you can be offered a
permanent role in the organization & accordingly your salary re-fixation
will be done.
• 5. TARGET CLIENTS –

Although directions regarding target industries will be issued from time to time,
but as of now for your reference the list of first target industries are mentioned
below: -

•FMCG
• FMCD
TELECOM
• IRON & STEEL
• RETAIL TEXTILES & APPAREL
• AUTOMOBILE
BANKING, FINANCIAL SERVICES, NBFC
• TYRE TRADE

6. PERFORMANCE VALUATION –

Your performance will be counted on the basis of number of Clients Acquisitions


done by you under PPM, and hard copy of the agreement is received at the head
office-based at Jabalpur M.P along with the agreement
signing amount/charges of trial is credited into the account
of iitgjobs.com Pvt. Ltd. between 1st to 30th of any month.

7. DATE OF COMMENCEMENT –

The day you will start working and submitting your report for the day, which is
expected on 7th August, 2023. So, the date of your working will be counted from
the day you will start submitting your working reports.

• Also, at the time of joining you will be required to submit the following
documents:
• Original and one set of photocopies of all your academic qualifications and
any other merit or distinction certificates.
• Copy of proof of your Date of birth.
• Four Passport size-colored photographs for our records.
• Relieving letter from your previous employer.
• Copy of the last salary slip and form 16 A and proof of reimbursement of
expenses if any, during previous employment.

8. YOUR EMPLOYMENT IS SUBJECTED TO FULFILLMENT


OF FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: -

• You being declared medically fit by a medical officer or by a doctor


specified by the company (kindly get the test done from any Registered
Hospital and Research center as you receive the letter).
• Verification of aforesaid documents as well as the information furnished by
you in your application or at time of your interview with us.

9. SALARY / INCREMENT: -

• Your salary will be credited on or before the 10th day of every month in your
bank account (as per bank details provided by you).
• Your salary increment will be based on your performance and target
• Achievement and responsibility handled throughout the year.
• Your Performance will be reviewed in just after six months. Further on the
basis of average earnings of six months, your salary re fixation will be
done, which will be applicable from the 7th month onwards.
• In case you wish to leave the company, you should provide 45 Days’ notice in
advance in writing and collect the no-objection certificate from the
organization else you will be considered a fugitive and entitled to legal action.

10. DISCIPLINE: -

• Sharing of organizational resources like data, information, business


strategies, and business models is strictly restricted.
• Daily & timely reports (Tracker) are compulsory to be submitted everyday
by 6:30 pm; else it will be automatically counted as non-working day.
• You shall strictly abide by the rules, regulations, office orders, and
instructions issued by senior management from time to time.
• That during your employment with us, you shall not work anywhere else
directly or indirectly, part-time, or full time, honorary or in any other
capacity without the written approval of senior management and you shall
not disclose to anybody any confidential information available to you in
the course of your employment with the company. The matter of your
compensation is confidential information of the company. Any Discussion
or Disclosure of your compensation with
• Anybody will be considered as a breach of the contract terms by you. Your
compensation package is unique to you and not for comparison with other
employees of the company.
• During probation / contractual period violation of any kind of discipline or
non-achievement of the committed performance in terms of targets may
cause the termination of services with immediate effect that too without
any notice.
• As your contractual/probation period is over, when you will be in regular
employment with the organization, you can be transferred anywhere in the

• Territory of India, as per the need of the organization which you will have to
comply within seven working day from the date of issuance of order else it
will be automatically considered that you are no more interested to take
your employment ahead.
• If at all any differences or dispute between IITGJobs.com & you arises due
to services or payments according to this offer shall be tried to be settled
through mutual discussion or negotiations.
• In the event of non-settlement of such differences or disputes between both the
parties within 30 days from the date of such disputes the matter shall be
• subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Jabalpur Madhya Pradesh only,
where the main business operations are being carried out.
• Pleasereturn the duplicate copy of this letter duly signed by you as a token
of your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the offer letter. If you
are not able to send the duly signed copy of this letter and start working,
the same will be considered that you have accepted all the terms and
conditions of this offer letter.
