Letter Of Intent

Congratulations!

In Reference to your application for employment and subsequent interviews conducted by us, we
are pleased to offer you the position of Designer at Bridging Healthcare Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
BHT is a global IT Solutions company specialized in Healthcare IT Industry. The Terms and
Conditions of employment are as follows:

1. Cost to the company: Your cost to the company will be be Rs. 3,00,000 per annum (Three
Lakhs Only). The components of your fixed as well as variable salary and would be governed by
company policies as amended from time to time.

2. Effective Date: Your date of joining will be 5th March 2018 and you will be required to
report at our India office latest by 9:30 am.

3. Location: The address for India office is Bridging Healthcare Technologies Pvt. Ltd, 501-A,
Bestech Business Towers, Fifth Floor, Sector 66-A, Mohali. However, you may be transferred to
another location or office, if your job requires so or in the interest of the business requirements.

4. Probation: There is a 90 days probation period for all new employees. You shall be confirmed
on the rolls of the company, post review of performance as well as general conduct. The
Probationary Period can be further extended on the discretion of Management if required. The
Employer Reserves the right to terminate the services at any time during the probationary period
if employee is found incompetent for the position, indiscipline or for any other reason, without
notice of termination. Subsequent to your qualifying the probation review, your services shall be
confirmed through a letter of Confirmation of services.

5. Working hours: The general working hours are 9, however you may be required to work in
shifts or work beyond the working hours, if required as per the business needs. In order to
meet the global customer requirements, you should be willing to work in for a 24*7 shift.
The different kinds of shifts are EST, PST, IST, EST and MST.

6. Performance review: Your growth in terms of role and compensation will solely be based on
your performance. Your performance will be reviewed at regular intervals every quarter with
your reporting managers to discuss your performance in your role based on set KPIs. The purpose
of the meeting is to review the achievements and to set objectives for the following quarter. Your
performance based increment is done based on your successful completion of your probation
period which is totally based on your performance during probation period.
The annual performance assessment will be at the end of the year from your date of joining and
subsequent reviews will follow the same cycle. There may be a revision in your CTC depending
upon the performance criteria and the appraisal parameters applicable at that time.
7. Background and Reference checks: This offer is contingent upon the successful completion
of all background and reference checks and required documentation. In case of non-conformance,
this offer letter will stand null and void. Offer has been made based on information provided by
you. In case of any discrepancy found in the copies of documents, certificates or reference check,
the company retains the right to revoke/revisit the offer of employment at any point of time.

8. Offer acceptance: Please send us copy of your resignation letter within 7 working days of
acceptance of your offer letter. On your date of joining, you will be required to bring the joining
documents mentioned in Annexure II of this letter. All these documents are mandatory and you
shall be issued an appointment letter subject to completion of all joining formalities including
documentation.

9. Other rules and regulations of the Company: Your appointment will be governed by the
process and policies of Employee Handbook and the changes therein from time to time. You
agree not to undertake any employment full time or part time with any organization or engage in
any form of business activity without the consent of Bridging Healthcare Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
You will be expected to work on all the technologies we work on and at all the levels.
