Dear Samrita,

Further to our discussions, we have pleasure in giving you an offer in our organization as Intern-
Human Resource. This offer takes effect from your date of joining on or before 5th April, 2022.

Your place of joining will be Mohali. Location of the job can be changed as per company
requirement as well you can be shifted to any of the group company of Bulls Eye Knowledge System
Pvt. Ltd.

1. Salary: During your Internship, you will be paid of Rs. 15,000/ -per month all-inclusive.
The performance review will take place after three months. On the Basis of results your
further employment and salary revision will be decided.

2. During the internship period, if your performance is unsatisfactory, your employment can be
terminated without notice from our organization.

3. As an organization will be giving paid training to you, therefore you must serve the
organization for a minimum period of 12 months (Lock-in Period of months) from the date of
joining.

4. As the organization will be giving training which is paid as mentioned above, therefore, , you
are required to submit 2 months ‘salary(cheque.) The clause of the final settlement will be
applicable only after the completion of the lock-in period of 12 months. In case of breach of
an agreement or you leave the organization, without giving 30 days’ notice period as per HR
policy, the amount will be forfeited.

5. Your continuance and further growth in the job are subject to satisfactory job
performance measured in terms of the level of contribution to organizational growth,
punctuality, and regularity.

6. You are expected to reply to this email with your acceptance of the job offer. We welcome
you to our organization and look forward to your contribution to the growth of the
organization and yourself.
