Dear Amrendra Kumar Kushwah,

We are very pleased to offer you an assignment at Envestnet|Yodlee, Bangalore (“The

Company”) as Project Trainee. The period of this assignment would be till the 12th o f
O c t o b e r , 2018.

The terms of assignment are as follows:

1. For this assignment, you will be paid a monthly fee of INR 12,000/- (Tweleve
Thousand Only)

2. This offer is made to you in confidence, and its terms must not be disclosed by you to
anyone outside your immediate family.

3. While you are on an assignment with the company, you will have access to certain
confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your
assignment, develop certain information or inventions, which will be the property of
the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, you will need to sign the
Company's standard "Non-Disclosure Agreement" as a condition of your assignment.

4. While we look forward to a mutually rewarding relationship, should you decide to

accept our offer; the assignment can be terminated by either of us for reasonable cause,
at any time with one week’s notice period.

5. The Company reserves the right to conduct background investigations and/or

reference checks on all of its potential employees, service providers & vendors. Your
offer, therefore, is contingent upon a clearance of such a background investigation
and/or reference check, if any.
6. Your start date of assignment will be on July 12, 2018.

7. As a token of acceptance of our offer, please sign the enclosed copy of this letter in the
space indicated and return it to us. Your signature will acknowledge that you have
read, understood and you are in agreement to the terms and conditions of this offer
letter and the attached documents, if any. This offer is good until July 12, 2018. Should
