Please note this is a preliminary, non-binding Letter of Offer recording the intent of BuiltAbility Pvt. Ltd. to offer a position
in the Company to the concerned addressee of this Letter subject to fulfilment of mutually agreeable terms and conditions
set out herein as well as in the Employment Agreement on the date of joining.

This has reference to your application and subsequent interview with us. We are pleased to offer you the position of a
“Medical Biller”.
This is an extremely exciting and important time in the Company’s growth, the energy and enthusiasm provided by the
aspiring workforce of the Company will be critical in helping the Company build their business.
Basic Terms and Conditions:

1. Proposed Date of Joining: 03-Jan-2022

2. Position: Medical Biller

3. Current Location: Pune

4. Timings and Shift: Monday to Friday, (12 pm to 9 pm) Rotational shifts.

5. Annual Remuneration (CTC): INR 2,40,000/- in digits (Two Lakhs Forty Thousand Rupees Only)

6. Documents to be submitted prior to the date of joining:

• Two (2) passport size photos
• Address proof (Aadhaar Card / Passport)
• Educational documents and work experience letters
• Copy of last salary slip from the previous employer
• Cancelled Cheque

If the basic terms and conditions set forth in this Letter with respect to your employment with the Company are
agreeable by you, please sign this Letter in the space provided below and return it to us by 03-Jan-2022. The
Employment Manual of the Company is applicable to all employees of the Company, irrespective of the position and
terms of their employment. If you choose to accept this offer, a copy of the same will be made available to you on the
date of joining the Company. We encourage all employees to be well versed with the Employment Manual and the
rules and regulations set therein.

Please note that you are expected to keep the salary package offered to you as strictly confidential and not to share
information regarding the salary with any other employee(s) of the Company.

I hereby accept the offer as stated above and acknowledge that I have no obligations and/or limitations of being able
to perform the essential job functions of a Medical Biller. Nor do I have any contractual arrangements and/or non-
compete agreements with any organization, which may limit my ability to perform the job to the fullest of my
abilities.

contemplated herein have been executed by authorized representatives of the Company which may be in
addition to those contained hereins.
