LETTER OF OFFER
Dear ADARSH V,
With reference to your application and subsequent interviews, we are pleased to offer you a full time appointment
in this company on the following terms and conditions:

1) Our Value, System and Culture:

As communicated to you during our discussions, we value competence, performance, discipline, and integrity
above everything else and that constitutes the foundation of this contract. We believe strongly in delivering highest
quality of our customers, dealing fairly with mutual respect and on strict merit with our employees. We work in an
atmosphere of trust & transparency and go beyond our area of responsibility. You are accountable first to yourself
and then to your superiors.

2) Designation:

You have been designated as “Business Development Associate”. However, your ability and expertise can be
utilized in any other field / function in the best interest of the company and there upon you shall be re-designated
accordingly.

3) Date of Joining:

You have to join us on 26 January 2020 and that would be considered your effective date of joining in the company.

4) Remuneration, Benefits and Perks:

Your Annual salary (CTC) will be Rs. 1,80,000 and Rs.1000 will be paid as incentive for 100% attendance in the
month. Apart from the salary you will be entitled to incentives as per the incentive policy in effect from time to
time in the company.

5) General Rules and Regulations:

You will be governed by various rules and regulations/ service conditions framed by the company from time to
time. You would be required to complete 9 hours of login time in a day which mandatorily includes 4hr 30min of
talk time in that day and the salary will be entirely calculated upon the talk time achieved per day.

6) Leave Policy:

a) Any leave plan should be informed 7 days before to the Manager and an email should be sent to HR, marking
the TL and manager for the same in 7 days’ advance.
b) Any emergency medical leave would require a medical certificate to be emailed/submitted to HR.
c) If the leave is taken without notifying the Manager, then that leave will be considered as Loss Of Pay (LOP).
d) If the leave is taken without informing Manager 7 days in advance either BEFORE or AFTER a Public holiday
or Sunday, then that would be considered as uninformed "Extended Holiday” and will attract Loss of Pay. E.g.: If an
uninformed leave is taken on Saturday then Saturday and Sunday will be considered as LOP days.
e) For first 3 months, you will be under Probation, hence any leave taken in this period will be LOP (loss of pay).
On the 4th month, you will be eligible for 6 leaves of the Probation period (2 leaves per month)

7) Login Timings:

a) Login time must be at 11 am. 


b) For a month, up to 4 Late logins are allowed (up to only 11:30 am).
c) Beyond 4 times late logins will be considered as only half present day 
d) On the days where login is allowed up to 11.30am (4 times a month), the logins beyond 11.30am will be
considered as Half present day

8) Documents on Joining:

You will have to submit the academic and professional qualifications, PAN Card, 2 recent passport size photographs
and relieving certificate from the previous organisation. Please note that if you fail to submit all these required
documents within first week of joining your name will not get included on the payroll of the company.

9) Termination of Employment / Service:

The company may terminate your service any time without notice, if there is misalignment between your and our
value system and culture as defined in Para 1 above, and if this misalignment affects either the internal working
and performance or the image of our brands/ company/ group. If you choose to resign from your services at
Eduvirtuoso.com you will be liable to give one month prior notice or payment in lieu thereof.

10) Confidentiality:

During the continuance of our employment or at any point of time thereafter, you shall not discuss, divulge or
communicate by word of mouth or otherwise to any person(s) whatsoever, any information of a secret or
confidential nature entrusted to you or coming to your knowledge, relating to the trade or business of the
company or of any group / sister companies or any of its customers or to the methods, process, appliance,
machinery or the plant used by them or to any experiments made by them or any of them or by any person in their
employment or relating to the prices paid or charged by or the customer of the company or its group/ sister
companies, or administrative/ organisational matters of the company which may be your personal privilege to
know by virtue of being an employee of the company or any such other information, the disclosure of which in the
opinion of the company, is likely to be prejudicial to the interests of the company.

11) Misconduct:

If at any time, you are found guilty of misconduct, commit any breach this contract of employment or refuse or
wilfully neglect to perform to the satisfaction of the company or any of the sister/ group companies in connection
with whose business you may be engaged, all or any of the duties devolving upon you, the company may at once,
without any previous notice, terminate the contract of your employment solely at your cost, risk and responsibility.

12) Change of contact details:

You will intimate the Company regarding any changes of your residential address and Contact details.

13) Ethics:

You are required to deal with the company’s money, material and documents with utmost honesty and
professional ethics. If you are found guilty, at any point of time of moral turpitude or of dishonesty in dealing with

the company’s money, material or documents or theft of any information or misappropriation regardless of the
value involved, your services will be terminated immediately.

14) Probation Period:

The above agreement is subject to a maximum probation period of 3 months depending on your performance. On
the successful completion of probation period, you would be absorbed as a regular employee of the organization.
The Company however reserves the right to extend the probation period in its discretion. During the probation
period, the company can terminate the employment without serving any written notice. If you decide to resign
during probation period or after confirmation, you will be liable to give one month’s notice or payment in lieu
thereof

15) Final Dues on Resignation:

An employee should have worked for a minimum period of 3 month to be eligible for any kind of dues from the
company. In case of termination of employment from either the employee or the Eduvirtuoso.com the dues will be
disbursed after 30 days from the last working day of the employee

16) Salary related Information:

Your remuneration package is confidential and should not be shared with anyone except HR. Any violation will
result in serious action and may lead into termination of employment.
