This refers to your application and subsequent interview with us. We are pleased to offer you LOI with our organization as
Associate Recruiter on the terms and conditions as mutually agreed during discussion.

Your annual compensation as discussed and mutually agreed is INR 3,00,000 (Rupees Three Lakhs Only) (CTC) Per Annum
including PF emoluments after completion of Probation Period and you will be on probation for three months.

During Initial Training/Probation Period (3 months), You will be paid an amount of INR 15,000/month (CTC including PF).

You will initially be posted in Noida for Training. Your Shift Timings will be from 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM (IST) (Mon-Fri)

You will be issued the formal letter of appointment upon your joining. You date of joining will be 22nd July 2019.

In case any documents/references don’t correspond to the claimed information, the offer extended would stand null &
void, thus would lead to withdrawal of the offer.

Bonus Structure - 2019 (Recruiters)

One Time Bonus:

➢ If you achieve 50% more than your joining target you are eligible for onetime bonus of INR 10,000 for IT & Engineering
contract roles.
➢ If you achieve 50% more than your joining target you are eligible for onetime bonus of INR 5,000 for Non-IT & Light Industrial
contract roles.
➢ If you achieve more than USD 20k as a Full Time Placement Fees in a month you are eligible for onetime bonus of INR 25,000.
➢ If you achieve more than USD 50k as a Full Time Placement Fees in a month you are eligible for onetime bonus of INR
1,00,000.
➢ If you achieve $25 per hour Net Margin in contract placements in a month, you are eligible for onetime bonus of INR 25,000.
➢ If you achieve $50 per hour Net Margin in contract placements in a month, you are eligible for onetime bonus of INR 50,000.

Notes:
➢ One Time Bonus is in addition to recurring commissions and it is non-related to KPI’s achievement for recurring commissions.
➢ Monthly One Time Bonus criteria won’t be combined, and individual will be eligible to get paid on only one criteria which has
maximum onetime amount.
