ABC Ltd. is going to conduct a Talent Test on 15th August for students. For brief information regarding

1) You are being hired as an HR Manager intern. Your major roles & responsibilities will be:
· Sourcing & hiring Student Partner interns for Talent Hunt Test promotion
· Conducting orientations, training, and reporting sessions with interns
· Assigning the daily/weekly task or targets to the hired interns
· Maintaining weekly/monthly records and other records as instructed by the Company
· Managing the team and achieving the minimum assigned registrations before the
deadline
2) Your date of joining will be DD/MM/YYYY and the duration of the internship would be 1 month.
This is a part-time internship with flexible working hours but the meeting time with your seniors
will be fixed and it will be notified earlier. You will be working remotely for the duration of the
internship.
5) Daily you have to submit your day's work updates to your assigned reporting manager within the
company's working hours. If you do not complete the assigned task or do not attend the reporting
meeting, 100/ (One hundred rupees only) for each task will be deducted as a penalty from your
outstanding stipend.
6) In case you are found inactive for consecutive 2 days (no attendance in the meeting, no
response/reply, no mail) without any prior notice then your internship will automatically be terminated
and you will not be eligible to get any stipend or certificate or anything from the company.
7) We take data privacy and security very seriously and maintaining the confidentiality of any
students, customers, clients, and companies’ data and contact details that you may get access to
during your internship will be your responsibility. ABC Ltd. operates on the zero-tolerance principle
with regard to any breach of data security guidelines.
8) All the work that you will produce at or in relation to ABC Ltd. will be the intellectual property of
ABC Ltd.. You are not allowed to store, copy, sell, share, and distribute it to a third party under any
circumstances.
9) You are expected to conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism in dealing with your
mentor, team members, colleagues, clients, and customers and treat everyone with due respect.
Otherwise, you will be dismissed from the internship immediately with no stipend or certificate or
anything from the company.
10) You have to maintain all the work records done during the internship with you. At the end of the
internship or as per the company's need, you will be asked to submit it. Failing to do so may lead to
non-generation of certificate or stipend.
Reply " I accept the mentioned terms and conditions. " as your acceptance within 24 hours otherwise,
it will be assumed rejected by your side.
