APPOINTMENT LETTER
PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL

Dear Anshul Saprey,

Congratulations!

Thank you for your interest in associating with our Academy. We are pleased to confirm your
selection for the “Senior Physics Faculty" role. We are delighted to set out below the terms and
conditions of your employment with the AXENT PLUS whose name appears on this letterhead.

• Commencement date

Your employment with the company commences on 01/10/2022

• Initial position, work description title use and work base

Your work base at commencement of your employment will be in Chennai. Your reporting line,
objectives, hours of work and other relevant details relating to the position will be notified to you in
due course. You will accept and abide by all lawful and reasonable instructions issued by any of your
managers/superiors.

• Salary

You will be paid the Annual CTC (Cost To Company) of 26,40,000-/ (Twenty Six Lakhs Forty
Thousand Rupees Only) which is to the tune of Gross Monthly Salary of 2,20,000 /-
p.m. (Inclusive of Travelling Allowance, Accommodation, HRA, DA and all other Allowances etc)
which will be credited on 3rd of every month. You are entitled for a Salary Increment yearly once.
Where the company agrees to revise your remuneration, you will be notified of it in writing. Salary
details should be kept highly confidential and should not be divulged to any of your colleagues.
You will also be entitled to other benefits and perks that the company may introduce from time to
time

Working Hours:

Your Working Hours will be during the Standard School Hours from Monday to Saturday:
8:40 a.m. - 3:40 p.m. The company shall reserve all the rights to schedule you back to back classes
during the stipulated total working hours per day by cancelling the free slots (if any) based on the
requirements and needs.

• Sincerity Fund (SF-10%)

Every Month, 10% of your Total Gross Salary will be reserved in the company’s
Sincerity Fund Account and the same will be credited to you upon successful completion of 1-Year
Tenure (12 Months) with us along with your regular salary. However, if the employee does not
complete serving the company for whatsoever reasons in the aforementioned 1 Year-Period, the SF
will stand nullified and he/she will not be eligible for the same.

• Dress Code

All employees must adhere to dress code as it is a reputed educational institution. Men
must tuck-in and hand collars must be buttoned up. Women employees must wear Saree. They
are expected to wear dress in a conservative manner.

• Information Provided By You, Reference Checks, BackgroundChecks

The information and documents submitted by you before the commencement of your
employment (or subsequently) (including your resume, application forms, etc) or at anytime
thereafter from the basis of as relevant, offering employment to you and continuation of your
employment.

• Full and Final Settlements (FFS)

You will be receiving your Full & Final Settlement (FFS), 60 Days from the Date
of your relieving. However, if the company finds an act of misconduct or if you are being
Terminated / Absconded / Not Properly Relieved by the Administration, i.e, Not serving
the notice period of 1 Month / Not Surrendering your 1 Month Salary to the company or
for whatsoever reasons, you will NOT stand a chance of getting your FFS which includes all
allowances earned by you during your tenure.

LIST OF DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED

• Copy of last degree certificate

• Copy of experience & relieving letter from last employer(if applicable)

• Identity proof (copy of passport, pan card, driving license, voter Id, ration
card.)

• 2 passport size photographs

• Affidavit submitted by the employee stating that the documents furnished are true
copies and the information therein is true to the best of his knowledge and true copies and the
information therein is true to the best ofhis knowledge and no criminal proceedings are pending
against him.
