Dear Aniket Vijay More,

We are pleased to offer you the position of “Sales Officer” in our organization at a CTC of Rs.21,991.75/-
per month.

With effect from date 18thNov 2022, we are happy to offer you the position of Sales Officer with the
following terms of condition:

 Your Probation period will be for three months starting from date 18thNov2022. However, this
period can be cut short or extend based on the individual’s performance and at the discretion of
the management.
 Ecommex Logistic (OPC) Private Limited uses a 90-days probation time frame for new
employees. This time frame lets you assess your readiness for the position as well as allows us to
determine your ability to do the job. You will be provided with Offer Letter, visiting card, ID card,
documentation, training and performance feedback during that time frame as part of your on-
boarding.
 At the end of the probationary period, if we have confirmed that you are able to meet all job
requirements, you will be eligible to receive all normal and customary benefits offered to
regular full time employees as informed by our Talent Acquisition team.
 You, like all employees of Ecommex Logistic (OPC) Private Limited, will become a regular full-
time employee, subject to the at-will employment doctrine described by our Talent Acquisition
Team.
 Your gross pay during the probation period will be Rs 21,991.75/- per month
 You will be entitled to travel reimbursement (Amount of money) based on your actual traveling
related to your assignment for outstation only (No allowance for local or hometown).
 You are not entitled to any leaves with pay during the probation period.
 You might be placed in any project as and when required by the management.
 Either party can nullify this contract by giving a notice of 10 days.

  After the probation period, you will be given a proper letter of appointment with the terms and
conditions for permanent employment.
 Nonperformance or non-adherence will lead to immediate termination and salary hold for 45
days.
 Both employer and employee contribution of PF and ESIC would be part of your CTC and gross
pay.

Your appointment is subject to the successful completion of our telephonic conference and interview.
This offer is contingent upon your submission of original academic and/or the following employment
documents.

 Four (4) passport sizes colored photographs.

 Originals and photocopies of academic certificates including SSC, HSC and degree/diploma mark
sheets, school leaving certificates, etc.
 Appointment/Offer letter, relieving letter from your previous organization and salary slips for
the last three months – if applicable.
 A copy of your PAN card and Aadhaar Card (If you do not have one, apply immediately as it
would be required)
 ESIC, PF and UAN number of your previous employment (If applicable)
 Photo ID (Passport/Voter ID/Driving License/Aadhaar Card)
 Address proof (Latest Bank Account Statement with photo attested/Electricity Bill/Gas Bill)
 References of background checks (Email addresses and phone number of HR and your Reporting
Head in your previous organization - if applicable);
 Date of Birth and Aadhaar Card copy/ Number of your Parents Spouse and Children.
