SUBJECT: Withdrawal of the food subsidy.
Following the persistent downturn of the Skyrocket High Tech Limited (SHTL) economy,
profits and revenues in the last four years, the company's budget committee in conjunction
with its management has decided to withdraw with immediate effect the food subsidy it
offers to its employees. About 1000 employees in the company benefit from its food subsidy
and due to the significant changes, we have been experiencing there would be no such
subsidy. With the issue to do with COVID-19, the company has been affected greatly since
its profitability level is going down. With the decrease in the level of profitability it has been
difficult to the organization to cope up with the situation. We have also been experiencing
changes in organization from issues to do with restructuring the organization to maximize
on efficiently and increase profits. Therefore, we are sorry for the inconvenience looking
forward for positive response from you.
