NOTIFICATION ON SALARY REINSTATEMENT FOR 2021

May this letter reach you in the best of health and circumstances by the grace of Allah
Subhanahu Wata’ala.

On 12th November 2020, the Management has presented its financial analysis and impacts to
the Board of Directors (Board). By expecting profit of RM348,286 in 2020 despite the
challenging environment brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic, the Company is
projected to maintain this positive growth in 2021. However, the Company still cautious
given concerns about the containment of the pandemic through the effectiveness of vaccines,
and the effectiveness of economic recovery plans. In view of this, the Management has
proposed to the Board with two (2) following strategies:

1) To unfreeze salary increment for the first time in 2021 after four (4) years without salary
increment based on KPI achievement FY2020 and the List of Criteria for Merit & Demerit
to recognize hard-working staff for their effort and to reward their achievement, and

2) To continue the salary reduction and 4 working days except for selected staff in essential
departments.

In view of the functional roles that are considered “essential” to the Company’s business
operation, the Management has decided that effective 1st January 2021 you will be reinstated
to your normal salary as per New Salary Scheme (NSS) in 2019. Hence, you are required to
work for 5 working days from Monday to Friday.

Your other terms and conditions of employment shall remain unchanged.
