To honour the month of Ramadhan, we would like to inform you that the official working hours
for all staff of International Islamic College as follows:

Academic Staff

No Present Working Hours Ramadhan Working Hours

1 7.30 am – 4.30 pm 7.30 am – 3.30 pm
2 8.00 am – 5.00 pm 8.00 am – 4.00 pm
3 8.30 am – 5.30 pm 8.30 am – 4.30 pm
4 9.00 am – 6.00 pm 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
5 9.30 am – 6.30 pm 9.30 am – 5.30 pm

Administrative Staff

No Present Working Hours Ramadhan Working Hours

1 8.00 am – 5.00 pm 8.00 am – 4.00 pm
2 8.30 am - 5.30 pm 8.30 am – 4.30 pm

Please be reminded that the said duration is on the basis of having no lunch break, which
means all staff are expected to be at respective Division/Department/School/Center.
