    AHMAD HASSAN AWAN

    This refers to your application and subsequent interview with the undersigned. We are pleased to inform you that you
    have been appointed as a Marketing Manager in our company joining from 02nd February 2021 on the following terms
    and conditions:

    1. Your consolidate salary/ wages is Rs. 1,50,000/- (Exclusive other allowance/expenses)


    2. You will report for duty to the Chief Executive Officer and the appointment is permanent.
    3. No medical facilities or any other benefits like gratuity.
    4. Your services can be terminated at any time during probation period without assigning any prior notice.
    5. In case of termination of service or resignation one month notice or pay in lieu the by either side will be
    obligatory.
    6. The above appointment is purely on criteria.
    7. All matters concerning the company’s business are to be treated as confidential and are not to be divulged
    upon or discussed with any person not directly employed by the company.
    8. You are entitled leaves and other benefits (i.e. 03 month gross salary as advance etc.) according to the
    company/labor laws.
    9. You are requested to submit duplicate copy of offer letter if accept within 07 days.

    I accept all the terms and conditions and will join the duty accordingly.
