We refer to your application, we are pleased to appoint you as Sr.Executive, Marketing on probation based on the following terms and conditions: 1. You will report to Chief Operating Officer. 2. Your total activities will be supervised by Manager (Marketing)/MD & CEO of the company. 3. You will be on provisional for 6 (six) months, which may be extended if considered by Management. 4. You initial salary during provisional period will be Tk 26000/-(Twenty Six Thousand) & Tk.2000/-(Two Thousand) per month as mobile allowance. You will have to use companys corporate sim. 5. You May be allowed incentive bonus declared by the company from time to time. 6. Your duties and responsibilities will be assigned by Manager (Marketing) from time to time.

7. After confirmation, you will have to apply for the membership of Provident Fund & Staff Welfare Fund & entitled to enjoy EL/CL/SL and other admissible benefits as per rule of the company& also you will have to execute a Service Contract with the company. 8. After confirmation, if you desire to apply, outside you should seek permission from the appropriate authority of the company. 9. At the time of joining you shall submit academic & experience certificates duly certified (Photocopy) for our official record and also you should submit a clearance certificate from your previous employer and a Medical Certificate Form Civil Surgeon/Registered doctor. If the above terms & conditions are acceptable to you, please join on before 10th January, 2012, at the latest otherwise, this appointment letter will be treated as cancelled.
