With the reference to your application and the subsequent interview had with us, we are pleased to offer you an appointment in our organization as SALES EXECUTIVE on the following terms and conditions. 1. You will be on probation for a period of one month from the date of joining duty. During the period of probation, your services can be terminated without assigning any reason and /or without notice and/or compensation. Your probation period is deemed to have been extended if you do not receive any intimation I writing regarding your services having been confirmed. 2. You will be paid as basic salary of Rs. 2,900/- per month. 3. You will be paid House Rent Allowance of Rs.1,200/- per month. 4. You will be paid Conveyance Allowance of Rs.900/- per month. 5. P.F. and other benefits will be extended to you as per the companys Rules and regulations in force from time to time. 6. you will be eligible for Casual Leave, Earned Leave and Medical Leave as per the Rules of the company in force from time to time. 7. You will be reporting to the Dy. Gen. Manager Sales, Bangalore. 8. Your will be initially Stationed at Tirupati, but are liable for transfer to any part of the country depending upon the exigencies.

9. You will also carry out any other job assigned to you by Head Office from time to time. 10. You should maintain complete secrecy and confidentiality of the job/responsibility. 11. Your services are liable for terminations by giving one month notice from either side. 12. Any disputed connected with your service matters shall be subject to the concerned 13. you should report for duty on or before 27.03.1999 at Head Office, Hubli. If the above terms and conditions of offer of employment are acceptable to you, please indicate the same in the duplicate copy of this and return the same duly signed.
