LETTER OF APPOINTMENT

Dear Rabeya,

With reference to your interview with us, I would like to inform you that we have decided to
appoint you to the position “Executive Customer Care” at the InTech Online Limited on the
following terms and conditions:

1. You shall join us with effect from 15th January 2006 and you shall be on probation for a
period of 3 months.

2. It is understood that our decision to appoint you on probation is based on the information
provided by you with your resume and during interview.

3. During the period of your probation you will be paid a consolidated salary of TK.
5000.00(Five thousand only) per month. After successful completion of your probation
period you will be paid a consolidated salary TK. 6000.00(six thousand only) and Mobile
bill TK.1000.00 (one thousand only). There is a festival bonus scheme for all employees
which is half of the gross & given prior to each Eid festival.

4. During probation your performances will be evaluated through a policy of continuous


follow up under a set standard decided by the Management. You will be placed on
permanent service at the expiry of three months probationary period by evaluating your
performance within the period of probation.

5. Details of your job specification will be explained to you during your probation period by
your reporting supervisor Mr. Md. Jahir Ahasan.

6. After confirmation in service, your job-title may be change and you will have no objection
to render any kind of services as may be required of you in the interest of organization.

7. During the tenure of your employment in the organization you shall devote your whole
time and attention to the duties entrusted upon you.
8. The normal office-working hour is between 9.00am – 5.00pm. However, due to the nature
of your job function you may need to work long hours. Only Friday is normal weekly
holidays. All Hartal days are treated as normal office day. A total of 15 days inclusive all
types of holidays are allowed for each employee who has completed at least one year. For
new employee this will be decided in pro rata basis. We are very particular about office
arrival timing and for each 3 late one day salary could be deducted and a warning letter
will be issued. For 3 warning letters your employment could be terminated with out any
further notice.

9. We encourage friendly & caring behaviour among all employees and customer. No rough
or misbehaviour with the customer or with your colleagues will be tolerated.

10. During your service 30 days notice period shall require for termination of your
employment for both side.

11. You undertake that you will not either during the continuance of your employment with
the organization or there after, divulge or use any information, which you may acquire in
the course of your employment in any manner.

12. In all other aspects, your service will be governed by existing laws of the employment
rules of the organization as enforced and subject to changes as deemed necessary.

You are advised to read and the terms and conditions of the “Letter of Appointment” very
carefully and if these terms and conditions are acceptable to you, please sign the duplicate
copy of this letter as a token of your formal acceptance by 15th January 2006.
