Dear Mukesh,

Letter of Intent for the Position of an Executive -Sales

With reference to your application and subsequent interview with us, we are pleased to offer you the
position as an Executive -Sales with SBP Group posted at City of Dreams, Sector -116 or as may be specified
by the company in future, subject to terms & conditions and including all company policies.

You will be reporting to Mr. Manmeet Singh , Assistant General Manager.

Compensation
Your Annual Gross will be Rs.3,00,000 (Three Lakh Only) subject to various deductions as per company
and government policy. Detailed breakup of your annual compensation will be shared with you at the time
of appointment.

Non-disclosure Agreement
As per the company policy, you are required to sign a standard Non-disclosure agreement at the time of
Joining, to protect Company classified/proprietary information.
Probation

You will be on probation for a period of three months from the date of joining or as recommended by your
reporting manager. On satisfactory completion of the probation period, you will be confirmed for the
regular employment with company.

During the course of your employment with the company, you will use your best efforts and exercise the
utmost degree of skill, competence and diligence in performing your duties. Leaves will not be allowed
during probation period; however, it is up to the manager’s discretion to allow leaves in genuine and
unavoidable cases and such leaves will be unpaid.

Termination

As a confirmed employee, your employment with the company may be terminated by either party upon
giving one month’s prior written notice, or by payment of proportionate salary* in lieu thereof. (*Salary to
be calculated on basic monthly salary). Further, at the time of leaving, you must ensure that all your
ongoing activities are successfully completed.

However, while on probation, employment may be terminated without any notice and salary shall be
adjusted accordingly.

We would like you to join on 2nd March 2020. Please sign the copy of this letter as a token of your
acceptance of the terms and conditions stated herein.
