Letter of Appointment
With Reference to the discussion held with you, we are pleased to engage you as an “Office Boy
Runner” from 17th February, 2023 on the behalf of “GANGANIA ASSOCIATES.” The terms &
conditions of your engagement are outlined as follows: -
1. The Services: Your services are engaged at a fee of Rs.10,000/- per month. You shall be
entitled to payment of an amount calculated at the above rate in respect of the total hours
of the working for a calendar month. The payment will be made by the 10th day of the
succeeding month subject to deduction of applicable taxes if any. The arrangement will
depend on our requirement and your availability..
3. Nature of Services: You will neither have any right nor a lien on the services rendered to
you. You shall not claim a regular employment even if there is any vacancy.
4. Duty: Each day, before the commencement of your duty, you will mark your attendance at
the designed place and then report to the Program Manager. You will refrain from using
your mobile phone during work hours. You may be required to work additional hours’ time
to come to fulfil requirement of your role.
5. Conduct & Dress Code: While on duty or in our premises, you are expected to maintain
decency and decorum. You are requested to ensure cleanliness & proper discipline in
respective areas of work as well as follow suitable dress code as defined by the company
time to time. Any wilful or negligent misconduct may attract appropriate legal action.
6. Confidentiality: Any information gathered by you during service provided to the company
is solely the property of our company and cannot be divulged to any third party. Your
guidelines of working prohibit you to take out or share any information including any
customer data gathered during your work. This applies from your date of joining the
company, through the duration of your work as well as a period of 2 years after that. Any
violation of this clause will allow the Company to initiate legal action against you. During
the course of the employment any information, records, observation and data concerning
the Company and/or the Customer’s/Partner’s gained by you shall continue to be the
property of the Company.
Please note the unauthorized copying of software, documentation and the manuals etc. is
an infringement of the Intellectual Property Act and the same is an offence attracting penal
action.
7. Devotion to the Company: Your services will include efficient, satisfactory and diligent
operation in the area of services. You shall not carry out any profession, business or
occupation of the same or similar nature that of the Company’s business during this
engagement & for six months thereafter.
9. Notice of Termination: 30 days’ notice or 30 days salary of the notice period by the
company.
10. Notice of the Resignation: 1 month notice by the employee. The company reserves the
right to recover the notice pay salary if you do not serve the notice period.
11. Terms within Notice Period:- After serving one month notice period, any holiday, late
coming, early going, half day within the notice period is strictly not allowed, in case the
candidate does so the number of holidays taken will be added to his/her notice as
extended days.
13. Important Notice: The Company expects that at the time of exit interview it is a clean &
smooth exit after which there shall be no harassment to company’s employees or the
directors.
14. Important Notice: The company holds all the rights to block or freeze any amount
pending needs to be paid by the company to the employee if found absconding or leaving
without an official prior notice or any such behaviour which is a threat or any malpractice or
misuse or breaking of any rules of the company or revealing of any company personal
information within the period of service or after that.
15. Office timing: The agreed office working days and hours as follows
g) Sunday: Holiday
Informations given by you at the time of interview is considered to be true and correct as
per information provided by you, any information found false will be considered as
malpracticed and this will mount the candidate to Legal Action.
Your signing the two duplicate copies of this letter will be a formal acceptance of our offer
and all the terms & conditions of the engagement. We look forward to working with you.
