2. Job Details & Requirement :


a) Position & Location : Sale and Marketing at SK BEAUTY SOLUTION CO., LTD. in Phnom
Penh, Cambodia.

b) Nature of Work :
- Willing to communicate with customers; have the ability to solve and feedback customer problems,
mainly text communication, occasionally need to call out.
- Provide promotion detail and instruction manual, solve customer inquiries regarding complain about
products problems. Suggest solutions to related problems and other information, to attract and maintain
customers.
- To conduct and prepare for the course of study, instructs via online to students.
- Monthly report and evaluation on each student.

4. Contract period : 06 months

5. Monthly basic salary : US$800.00 (Eight Hundred US Dollars only)

6. Benefits
a) All personnel who have worked for six months can enjoy a 15-day pay leave. If the utilized leave is less
than 15 days, it can be refunded according to the basic salary.

b) Provide food and lodging: apartment-style accommodation upon joining and 4 meals per day provided.

c) Monthly team building, birthday party, company annual party, monthly and year-end performance
bonuses subject to company approval.

d) Company will arrange air tickets, visas, transfer and immigration clearance, etc for onboard staff.
e) Working place is surrounded by restaurant, dobby, amenities, convenient stores, transportation,
shopping malls, supermarkets, banks and hospitals.
7. Working days : Six (6) days a week

8. Working hours :
- The official working hours of the company is 10 hours a day
- Working hours is divided into 02 shifts and will be assigned by the supervisor accordingly
- 04 off-days a month and will be schedule in advance by the supervisor
- Overtime work will be calculated a 1.5 multiple of normal day wage.

9. Probation Period
- You will serve a probationary period of three (3) months from the commencement date.
- The company may base on discretion extend the probation further.
- During the probation period, either party may terminate employment at any time with a notice period of
fourteen (14) days without the need to specify the reason thereof.
- Your probation will be considered satisfactorily completed when your appointment is confirmed in
writing.

10. Accommodation & Food:


Accommodation is provided free by Employer with basic amnesties. Employee must comply with
accommodation rules. 4 meals per day are provided free by Employer.

11. Transportation:
Transportation is provided to/from office and accommodation for working purpose.

12. Government Levy, work permit & business visa:


The payment of Government Levy, work permit & business visa will be as per prevailing laws in
Cambodia. Any other relevant fees and charges in respect to source country of workers shall be borne by
the employer.

13. Sick leave, Public Holidays and Annual Leave:


- Any incident happened during working hour will be covered by company expenses.
- For every 06 months of continuous service, you shall be entitled to fifteen (15) days of annual leave,
subject to the rules and regulations of the Company.
- If an employee has not completed 12 months continuous service with the Company during the year his
contract of service commence or terminates the entitlement of annual leave shall be direct proportion of
the number of the months of service.
- During the paid holidays, employees whom wish to return home can claim the flight ticket expenses up to
USD300

14. Air ticket :
A single journey from work place back to original country after the completion of Employment contract is
offered.
15. Pre-employment medical check-up:
The cost shall be borne by the Employer and will provide entry medical examination (including coronavirus
test and quarantine upon arrival)
16. Life Insurance:
Will be provide upon arrival and subject to discuss for trusted Agent.

I. Duties
- Your duties will be as set out in the job description which is attached.
- You shall devote your whole time, commitment and attention to the business of the Company.
- By signing the offer, you agree that you shall only render your services to us and to such office or offices
of our company or our affiliate as we may designate from time to time without additional payment save
as otherwise specified.
- You shall render your services to the best of your abilities and faithfully and diligently perform duties and
exercise such power as we may from time to time assign or vest in you.
- You shall obey all reasonable and lawful directions given to you or under our authority.

II. Resignation & Termination Notice


- Upon confirmation of your appointment, either party may terminate employment at any time by giving to
the other party one (01) month notice of termination or salary in lieu of notice.
- However, in respect of termination of employment due to misconduct (including for example, conviction
of crime, dishonesty, negligence, insobriety, breach of duty, etc.), the Company reserves the right to
terminate this employment agreement without notice of termination or salary in lieu of notice is required
to be given.
- In the event the employee decides to resign before the contract period ends, the said employee is liable
to payback the employer all recruitment fees including but not limited to flight ticket, visa, work permits,
VIP service, transportation to office and agency fee. The amount to be deducted will be confirmed after
the bonding amount is deducted.

III. Applicable Law & Disciplinary Action


- This contract shall be governed by the laws of Cambodia
- The company has the right to deduct the salary of the employee following the below circumstances
a) Violation of company practices resulting in monetary loss or asset damage
b) Employee violation of company established rules and regulations
c) Other agreed upon arrangements between both parties

IV. Moon Lighting


- You are required to devote your whole time, attention, energies and skills solely to the business of the
Company, and you shall not be concerned or interested directly or indirectly outside of your jobs scope
or in any business or work other than that of the Company

V. Confidential Information
- During your employment with the Company and as condition of your continued employment:
a) You shall safeguard all Confidential Information received by using reasonable degree of care and
shall use the Confidential Information solely in connection with your employment in the company
and for no other purpose whatsoever
b) You shall not make use of Confidential Information for your own purpose or the benefit of anyone
other than the company
- Failure to observe this confidential condition may result in immediate termination of your employment
with the Company and/or legal action may be taken against you

VI. Amendments
- The company reserves the rights to amend any of the terms and conditions or to issue new terms and
conditions during the validity of this contract by issuing a written notice to you

VII. Final Agreement


- This contract shall supersede all previous discussion orally or in writing

Confirmation of workers will be left to the sole discretion of the Employer. All other terms and conditions shall be in
accordance to the Employment Contract. Kindly arrange to recruit the above mentioned workers at the earliest.
