OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT

Dear Sameer Patil,

With reference to the interview, you had given for the post of Design Engineer – Design Dept. we have
pleasure offering you employment at Encore Projects Pvt. Ltd. On the Following terms & conditions.

1. This appointment is effective from 1st July 2021 the date of your joining our organization.

2. Your job functions & responsibilities as Design Engineer – Design Dept. are under preparation
and shall be issued in due course.

3. Salary: - you bill be paid consolidated salary of Rs. 25000 /- per month.

4. Your future increments or promotion or any other salary increase shall be based on merit
considering your periodic and consistent overall performance, business condition and other
parameter fixed from time to time at the discretion of the management and shall not be
considered merely as a matter of right.

5. Termination of Employment: We shall be entitled to terminate this contract of employment by

giving you one month’s notice in writing. After the completion of your Service Bond Period,
termination of employment by either partly will be by giving 1 month notice in writing to the
other or in lieu thereof salary of 1 month. In the event of giving of termination shorter than the
above period, we at our discretion are entitled to adjust any leave due to you or recover from
you such amount from your dues towards the shortfall in notice period.

6. Hours of Work & Paid Holidays: You will observe the working hour and holidays normally
observed by our staff for the work assigned to you.

7. Leave: You will be eligible for 20 days leave in a year. In addition, you will be allowed 5 days of
casual leave to meet household emergencies.

8. In the event you are absent from duty without information or permission of leave or you overstay
your over sanctioned leave, the Management will treat you as having voluntarily abandoned the
service of the Company.
9. Use of Two-Wheeler: Since the nature of work is such that you will have to undertake extensive
traveling within the city limits, you will be required to use your own motor-vehicle/ scooter for
day-to-day work for which you will be reimbursed a fixed amount extra.

10. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute between yourself and the company concerning or relating to or
arising out of this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of and be determined by the court
of competent jurisdiction in DURG only.

11. During the period of service with the company, you shall not indulge and/ or take part in any
activity of formation of council and / or association or become a member being part of
management staff which is found to be detrimental to the interest of the company in any way.
Such an action shall be deemed as infringement to service condition of the company and amount
to causing damage to its interest and shall call for disciplinary action being taken against you, as
it may deem fit and appropriate.

12. You shall carry out the job of Design Engineer and such other jobs connected with or incidental
to which is necessary for business of the Company. You shall do any other work assigned to you,
which you are capable of doing or work at any other post which has been temporarily assigned
to you.

13. Any balance of advance or loan taken by you from the company, shall be fully recovered from
your salary and any other legal dues including Gratuity, at the time your leave the services of the
company.

14. While working as an employee if you enter into any business transaction with any party on behalf
of the company within your permissible limits, it shall be your responsibility to ensure recovery
of outstanding. If any outstanding remains at the time of leaving the service of the company, it
shall be your responsibility to recover for remittance to the company before you proceed to
settle your legal dues in full and final settlement of your account.

15. The company is obliged to deduct income Tax at source as per provision of Income Tax Act/ Rules.
Accordingly, you are required to submit all required proof of permitted savings/ investments and
other details from time to time to enable the company to comply with the provisions of law. In
the event of non-compliance by you as aforesaid if the company is required to pay any interest
to pay any interest or payment under Income Tax Act, it shall deduct the amount as may be paid
or payable from your salary or other payments and you shall allow the company to comply with
these requirements without objection.

16. General:
a) You are to devote your whole time, attention and ability to the interest of the firm.
b) You are to treat as strictly confidential the affairs of the company and its customers and
principals of which you may cognizant, particularly the drawings, quotations, price lists,
specifications and other manufacturing information.
c) You are not interest yourself in any business or do any trading on your own account.

17. In accordance with the standard practice of the firm, we request you to treat the terms of your
employment as confidential.
 18. If the above offer is acceptable to you, please sign and return to us the duplicate copy of the
letter in token of your acceptance, and report for duty at your own expenses to ENCORE
PROJECTS PVT.LTD. at Bhilai as early as possible.

19. Please bring along with the following document in original and duplicate.
a) Proof of age - either SSC certificate or School leaving certificate.
b) Reliving certificate or service certificate from your present employer and other experience
certificates.
c) Education Certificate including mark-sheets.
d) Two copies of your recent photographs in passport size.
e) Copy of Aadhar Card, PAN, Bank Passbook.
