Appointment for post of “Accounts Executive - Junior”

With reference to your interview, we are pleased to offer the position of “Accounts Executive - Junior” with
“ARIGHTCO CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED” [the company] on the following terms and conditions: -

1. Commencement of Employment
The appointment will commence from 18-05-2022. You shall be on probation for three (3) months which
may be extended for a further period at the sole discretion of the Management.

2. Salary
Your salary and other benefits will be as set out in annexure, hereto. This offer of employment is subject
to you being found medically fit by a Registered Medical Officer at your own cost.

3. Benefits
Benefits of Medical Insurance of Rs.100000/- and Life Insurance of Rs.200000/- will start only after
successful completion of probation period of 3 months. After getting these benefits if you are Relieved /
Leave /Terminated the employment within next three months after probation period, 50% of the
premium value of both the insurance will be deducted from your last salary towards adjustments.

4. Additional Benefits

i) Rs 500/- monthly towards Telephone & Internet (After Completion of 3months of probation
period).
ii) Rs 500/- monthly towards Sodexo Card (After Completion of 1 year with the company).
iii) Rs 500/- monthly Medicine Reimbursement (After Completion of 2 years with the company).
iv) Rs 7200 / - Leave Travel Allowance Reimbursement (After Completion of 3 years with the
company, to be paid every 3 years.)
v) Rs 1000/- Festival Bonus (All the regular employees i.e., Employees who have completed
probation period of 3 months (To be paid once a year during the month of September)

5. Non-Completion of Service tenure


15k will be adjusted towards training expenses from the Final Settlement, if the employee leaves before 1
year from the date of joining.

6. Non- Compete
The Employee cannot take any other employment or any other contract work, directly or indirectly,

whether individually or through Partnership or as a shareholder, Joint Venture Partner, Collaborator or
agent or any other manner whatsoever, whether for profit or otherwise, for and from any of the client's
customers or customers of clients customers during the engagement under the agreement and for a
period of One (1) year after being relieved from the services under this agreement or termination of
this agreement. In case the employee renders any service to any of the client's customer or customers
of the client's customer during the tenure of this agreement or for a period of One (1) year after being
relieved from the services under the agreement or termination of the agreement, the client will have
the right to take any legal action for any claims or damages or for loss of revenue (Profits)and the
employee will have to pay the same to the client at its own cost.
The Employee agrees and undertakes that during the tenure of this agreement it will not act in any
manner who may harm the Company, itsbusiness or reputation in any manner. The terms of this non-
Complete clause will also in applicable to the employeefor any potential or prospective customers that
the client would be in negotiation with for business and which are brought to knowledge of the
employee during his/her engagement under this agreement.
During the tenure of this agreement and for a period of One (1) year aftertermination of this contact,
the employee shall not entice away from the client any person who at any time during or after the
tenure of this employment shall have been an employee/ contracted resource of the Company.

As per the terms and conditions discussed and confirmed, you cannot take any other employment or
any other contract work, directly or indirectly for and from any of "Arightco Consulting Pvt. Ltd. clients"
of "Clients of Arightco Consulting Pvt. Ltd. clients" for a period of One (1) year after leaving the job Or
termination of your job.

7. Leave Policy
You are entitled to get / earn Leave of 1 day per month i.e. 12 leaves yearly. You have to take the leaves
within the financial year. After completion of the financial year you cannot claim the leave so far
earned. The Company shall notify a list of declared holidays in the beginning ofeach year.

8. Duties
You will perform to the best of your ability all the duties as are inherent inyour post and such
additional duties as the company may call upon you to perform, from time to time.

a) You are required to perform shift duties and functions as may be assignedto you from
time to time and required to finish the work at the allotted time. Timing: 8 hours of work
from 9.30 pm to 5.30 am.
b) You may transferred/rotated from one job to another or from one sectionto other
department at the discretion of the Management.

9. Company Property
You will always maintain in good condition Company property, which may be entrusted to you for
official use during the course of your employment andshall return all such property to the Company
prior to relinquishment of your charge, failing which the cost of the same will be recovered from you by
the Company.

10. Borrowings/Accepting Gifts

You will not borrow or accept any money, gift, reward or compensation for your personal gains from or
otherwise place yourself under pecuniary obligation to any person/client with whom you may be
having official dealings.

11. Termination/Resignation

a. Your employment can be terminated by either party by giving one month’s prior notice, without
assigning any reason whatsoever.
b. Employee resigning in the absence of prior notice of one month, as aforesaid, a sum equivalent to
one month’s standard gross emoluments as the case may be, shall have to pay by the defaulting party
to the other party.
c. Furthermore, the Company reserves the right to terminate your employment summarily without any
notice period or termination payment, it has reasonable ground to believe you are guilty of
misconduct or negligence or have committed any fundamental breach of contract or caused any loss
to the Company.
d. On the termination of your employment for whatever reason, you will return to the Company all
property; documents and paper, both original and copies thereof, including any samples, literature,
contracts, records, lists, drawings, blueprints, letters, notes, data and the like; and Confidential
Information, in your possession or under your control relating to your employment or to clients’
business affairs.
e. Your engagement is being made on the basis of the particulars as given by you on your application and
in case any information is found false or incorrect, your engagement shall be deemed void and
liable for termination without any notice or compensation.
f. During notice period employee can not avail the accrued leave which he has already during his course
of employment.

12. Superannuation

Your superannuation from the services of the establishment will take place on your attaining the age of
58 years unless otherwise extended by issuance of a separate letter.

13. Confidential Information

a. During your employment with The Company, you will devote your whole time, attention and skill to
the best of your ability for its business. You shall not, directly or indirectly, engage or associate
yourself with, be connected with, concerned, employed or engaged in any other business or activities
or any other post or work part time or pursue any course of study whatsoever, without the prior
permission of the Company.

b. You must always maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and keep as confidential the
records, documents and other Confidential Information relating to the business of the Company
which may be known to you or confided in you by any means and you will use such records,
documents and information only in a duly authorized manner in the interest of the Company. For
the purposes of this clause ‘Confidential Information’ means information about the Company’s
business and that of its customers which is not available to the general public and which may be
learnt by you in the course of your employment. This includes, but is not limited to, information
relating to the organization, its customer lists, employment policies, personnel, and information
about the Company’s products, processes including ideas, concepts, projections, technology,
manuals, drawing, designs, specifications, and all papers, resumes, records and other documents

containing such Confidential Information.
c. At no time, will you remove any Confidential Information from the office without permission.
d. Your duty to safeguard and not disclose Confidential Information will survive the expiration or
termination of this Agreement and/or your employment with the Company.
e. Breach of the conditions of this clause will render you liable to summary dismissal under clause
above in addition to any other remedy the Company may have against you in law.

returning the duplicate copy.
