SERVICES for our client Cheng Ban Yek Co., Inc. as MERCHANDISER. He/She will be responsible in selling,
promoting and refilling the product of the client.

In his/her stay with Gaisano Grand Group of Companies, Mr./Ms. Holgado is directly employed by LED
MANAGEMENT TRAINING SERVICES who will be responsible for his/her salaries/wages/benefits as provide for
by law. He/ She shall not considered as an employee of your company but our own employee. He/ She will be
under our control and supervision and shall not perform duties of your regular employees.

Mr./Ms. Christoffer Joides Holgado will be assigned to one of your Outlets/Branches at GAISANO SILAY
start on July 1, 2023 to September 1, 2023. He/She will abide/follow the rules of our Agency, which are
aligned with the general rules and regulations set forth by your company.

Likewise, is cases where he/she commits/ violates any of the company rules of Gaisano Grand Group of
Companies, you as our client, may coordinate with us, so we can take action and impose proper disciplinary
actions. While he/she is being investigated, we guarantee to provide a replacement for him/her. In case of
pilferage and other crimes that may result to damage to your company and if proven guilty during
investigation, our company has the sole responsibility to return and pay off/ charge the loss incurred as a
result of the pilferage investigation and / or to any similar incidents such as mentioned above.

His/Her Monthly Quota set from his/her is P 450.00/ day.

Further, this is to set his/her schedule:

Duty Days : Monday and Thursday Day off : Sunday

Schedule of Meeting : __ _______________ Time Schedule : 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Break Time : _____________________ Duration of Months : 2 months

committed by our employee.
